No we keep the door closed on the kitchen at night so our heat stays in the main bedrooms of the apt.    I just opened it to warm up the other rooms.

Battery, as in laptop? those things are usually easy and cheaper to replace yourself, depending on the model of the laptop. But since you sent it off it probably wasn't something you could do yourself safely.

I've got a notebook I need to take somewhere, it stopped taking power, it can detect the adapter is plugged in but no leccy actually going through. The adapter works (and I also tried another identical one) so not that. I reckon damaged socket. Machine is old but would be useful for streaming music or iTunes.

That's what I did with my old laptop, it's obsolete tech, but I managed to install Windows 11 on it using a cheap £30ish SSD. Media players and streaming apps will still work on it, as long as it doesn't go out of synch on videos, crash or overheat, that's all that matters. Good to continue to use hardware that still works for its intended purpose, cuts e waste.

I feel like I should go back to playing Pokemon Crystal to get my mind off negative topics, Twilight's Soapbox, while it does allow discussion about important matters, politics also reminds us of the negative aspects of real life, much of which I am powerless to do anything about. The cortisol in my system has once again, brought me to insomnia, I have taken my medication, sometimes however if my anxiety levels are high enough, not even that helps me sleep through the night. I will be getting a cup of tea so I can relax, though not too much because of the caffeine, then I will doze off after I decide which Pokemon to teach the HM move Flash to for tomorrow's trip through Dark Cave, hopefully.

Could be just gas, it'll pass, most often not a problem unless it was contaminated or you have eaten something you're allergic to. I get aches in my gut sometimes, not just from eating broccoli, sometimes it happens after eating beans as well as oats, but it has never led to anything serious.

Disillusioned, at the state of the fandom. People are still salty about Starlight Glimmer's redemption arc, ignoring the complexities that go along with her character or why she would need more help than some others to learn to be a better friend. Drwolf would tackle her character arc with a nuanced perspective but I suspect, it's probably because he actually knows what he is talking about when it comes to psychology. I know most people don't have that kind of medical background, but for goodness sake, please put more effort in the criticisms instead of expecting a tit for tat response.
