I'm feeling happy that I completed two pieces of art today, tired since my sleep schedule is messed up, I feel blessed by a gift I've received, abd totally overwhelmed by my professional and financial situations. So, all over the map.

I have a friend who's going through a similar situation as I and I just wonder: why have kids if you know you can't take care of them? Why have kids if all you want to do is reap the benefits they can provide when they're older? Why have kids when you know all you'll do is hate them? It's so upsetting and tiring living here. I wish I didn't have to grow up so fast to depend on myself because she didn't care. 

She made me grow up so fast so she didn't have to do anything. Mother, you actually have to teach me how to do certain things so I can do them. I won't just magically know. Mother, I was SIX (or maybe even younger), I could not reach the sink to get water. Mother, I was ten, I could not apply for college. Mother, I am learning something that's a grade higher and of course it's going to be harder. I'm doing my best. What more do some parents want from their children? I understand that you had a rough childhood, but I thought the goal was to make sure the next generation had a good one as well. I'm exhausted and feel like an adult with a full-time job. I'm probably going to be seventy mentally when I'm twenty. The good things that came out of this is everything she did not do: show compassion and kindness. I suppose it's good that I learned the opposite of what she demonstrated.

Mother is not going to change her ways. This is hopefully going to be the last time I talk about this since I feel bad for posting negative things here.

Never feel bad about posting negative stuff here, I think everyone would rather that than leave those thoughts and feelings bubbling inside of you.

I may have been isolated from the rest of civilisation, but I understand. That also brings out a reality that is sadly true atleast for me

, when life gives you (BEEP) you either eat it or your burried in it. That may be how my life works, but don't let your mother force that same existance on you, stand up for yourself. I made the mistake of getting used to eating the (BEEP) don't make the same mistake I made.

 

And don't feel bad about posting negetive things here, you are in a community that shares your interests and supports you. When trying to change something in my life for the better, I say my personal motto " It's worth a shot "

Do you think ginger may help? ginger is supposed to help with relief for stomach upsets in certain cases IIRC.

I’m a bit pissed. Game I was really interested in had a like 10 hour flash sale today, all time low price for it. Issue is I was busy all day today and had no opportunity to even visit the Steam page for the game until now, at 12AM, when the sale is already over. Putting a digital game on sale for less than 24 hours is so stupid, man. I feel like I got screwed over for having obligations besides just staring at my Steam wishlist all day.

I feel like I made it to the end of a marathon. I’m tired through and though but so darn glad I made it across the finish line.

I’m almost fully recovered from my sickness and did my first shift back at work today. With that out of the way it’s time for the weekend!
