It looked as if the heavans were falling from the skies and raining down on the civilians of Ponyville. Rose hid in her home as she stared outside the window, watching the world fall apart before her eyes. Tears were rolling down her cheeks as she watched her beloved plants become ash within seconds. Discord was messing with the minds of every pony in Ponyville, causing their nightmares to come true. Rose would rather die than see her plants destroyed, but the fire only rained down on her plants, and not her home. Edited June 3, 2012 by Krystal

Cloud Chaser flew as fast as be could, dodging the raining inferno. He was scared, quite rare for him, and he looked frantically for shelter. He soon saw a house that the rain did not burn down. But before he could make it, a searing pain met his left wing, and turned to see it was ablaze. He lost control and crash landed ten feet from the house, holding his still burning wing, he staggered up, fire rain falling over him freely now as he yelled for help, hoping somepony was inside.

''OOF!'' Screamed Splinter as being knocked against a wall of Rose's house. His nose was bleeding and a giant Scar across his face was bleeding. ''This place is hell on earth... Now.'' Said Splinter to himself as two Trees held him together. ''SOMEONE!? HELP!'' Yelled Splinter as struggling to get out of the two Moving Tree's grip.

Rain hid inside her house with Mr. Breezy. The two were in the basement, huddled in the corner, staring at the fire raining from the skies. Mr. Breezy wiped a tear from Rain's cheek as she watched the contraptions she built to help her with her tricks be decimated in seconds. The house was somehow safe, but they didn't take any chances.

"Just be glad we're safe," he said slowly, hoping he comforted her, but Rain just shook her head.

There was a thump and yell for help and she ran up the stairs, flinging open the door. Gasping at Cloud Chaser, she ushered him in as quickly as she could.

"Oh no! Let me help you!" she whispered frantically.

Splinter attempted to pick up an chain saw on the floor and succeeded. He Chopped of the branches that held him and fell on the floor painfully. He tried to crawl towards Rose's House as the tree's recovered there branches. ''Help...'' Said Splinter as banging on the door rapidly.

Flynn Cricket was running frantically, looking for places that he could use to hide from the fire raining down on Ponyville. He could feel the relief in his stomach when he came accross the town hall, which was starting to be set ablaze, but still manage to be stable enough to stand. With his missing leg, he couldn't run very well but he tried his best as he managed to head inside, only to have it the building unleash a big explosion.

 

He was blown back by the force, landing hard on the ground. He let out a sharp yell, wincing in pain until he opened his eyes and found another house, completely safe from the fire - along with a pony banging on the door to it.

Cloud saw Rain as she helped him into the house, he quickly leaped into the house, patting out the flames on his wing, his face contorted in pain. He still managed to say "thanks" to Rain.

Alexandrite Pierce watched in horror as the world around him got destroyed. He was hiding in the Canterlot university, hoping the building would protect him from the hell storm.

Rose closed her eyes as she heard banging constantly ring on her door. Groveling on the floor, she screamed as loud as she could,

 

"Please go away! I have nothing for you here, just leave me alone!"

Alexandrite Pierce went up the the second floor trying to see if there was anypony still left in Canterlot.

Rain just nodded and looked around for something that could help. Mr. Breezy creaked up the stairs and she shooed him back down.

"It's fine, Mr. B. Just stay down," she said, and he nodded and, casting a worried glance at Cloud Chaser, shut the basement door behind him.

Rain soaked a tea cloth in some cool water and tried to wrap it around Cloud's wing. "I'm Raindancer," she said, concerned. "Are you going to be okay?"

''LISTEN! IF YOU DON'T LET ME IN, I'LL DIE! PLEASE!!'' Screamed Splinter as tears began to roll down his eyes. ''I Don't want to die...'' Spoke Splinter to himself as blood dripped down his face.

Rose kept her face planted to the ground, not planning on moving an inch. With panic in her voice she screamed,

 

"If I open the door, then it will be ME that dies!"

Alexandrite watched in shock as Canterlot was destroyed, there were ponies everywhere, running through the storm. Death and destruction filled the streets.

Cloud flinched in pain as the wing was wrapped, it wasn't much, but it helped. "N-not sure..." he stammered, he would need medication soon if he wanted to save his wing. "I'm... I'm cloud chaser" he managed to say back.

Splinter wiped the tears from his eyes. ''Do you just care about yourself?! Soon your going to be the only one here, and they will kill all of us including you!'' Yelled Splinter as tears once again rolled down his eyes

Cricket slowly rose to his feet, feeling the after effects of the explosion in his hind legs shock him. He slowly started walking towards the pony banging on the doors, desperately cried for a way into the home. Flynn can feel bits and pieces of the fire rain down on his body, putting more strain on his back, hurting him more. Just when he thought he couldn't take the pain anymore, he collapsed, reduced only to crawling.

 

"Can I get some help!? Please?!" Flynn said, gritting his teeth as he continued bearing the pain.

Rain frowned as he winced. She found some painkillers that Mr. Breezy used for his back and gave them to him.

"I'm sorry, I don't have anything better." She chewed her lip, knowing they would need a doctor.

''I'll help you before I die.'' Said Splinter as putting Flynn on his back. ''We Need Medical Assistance!'' Yelled Splinter as banging on another door.

Rose raised her head off the ground slowly, eyes fully opened. What the pony outside said was true. If she stayed in her home and continue to freak out, she would lose her mind to insanity. She is destined to die anyway, so why die alone? With reluctance, she moved across the floor to her front door, and slowly unfastened the locks. Putting her mouth to the crack of the door she said aloud,

 

"If you even try anything, I will throw you back outside! Do you understand!?"

Lovely was bent over the corpses of her family. Slowly tear drops fell fro her bright blue eyes. How could this have happened? How could discord have won? Lovely looked up at the sky as pink clouds stained her fur and mane with sticky milk. Lovely watched the other ponies run around in a panic, this was true chaos after all.

Cloud gritted his teeth, and took the painkillers, "Thank you" he said to her, he looked out the window, seeing another house with ponies around it, "You think they have supplies?" he said.

Rain gritted her teeth.

"I don't know but I'm going to find out. Wait here."

She ran outside, trying to find shelter as the fire rained on her back, and she yelped in pain every time one hit her.

"What's going on?!" she yelled at the others.

The roof collapsed from an explosion, injuring Alexandrite's leg. He decided that the best course of action would be to find a lower place to hide, Canterlot was built on the side of a mountain, making it the first town to fall. He ran outside and got on the walls, he looked around and found the town closest to the crust of the earth. He finally found it. Ponyville, he rushed to train station and got in one of the unused trains. He used his magic to throw some coal in the engine. Now it was just the matter of how lucky he was.
