What happens after houses are smashed up in ponyville

When houses get smashed up in ya know ponyville who is in charge of fixing it.

Is it up to the owner and friends to rebuild it. Or does the town take care of it, the princess? Or is it a community thing and everyone chips in to help. Or is there an official role. Is there insurance? Haha

That's a trope that I have always wondered about in tons of media. Especially in superhero comic books and cartoons- the city is destroyed in some horrible attack or in a fight between the hero and the villain and in the next episode the craters are all gone, the buildings are rebuilt and the population is just going about its day like normal. I don't think we're supposed to think about it, but I can't help it either. It breaks my immersion a little too often.

For superheroes we have Batman and Ironman paying for everything I think. Batman does it via access to Bruce Wayne's credit card and influence over the city of Gotham and elsewhere. In Avengers, Age of Ultron, Tony asks how quickly he can purchase a building site right before destroying it in an attempt to incapicate the Hulk.

We don't have any obvious choices for the billionaire superhero role in MLP, but I would imagine that there's a construction firm present in Ponyville, and they're paid via an amusing array of insurance coverage. I'm reminded of Earl Sinclair from the 90s puppet/animotronic sitcom, Dinosaurs, where his meteor insurance didn't cover the damage of his roof and TV because upon entering the atmosphere it's considered a meteorite. Larger scale damage or any requests put in by Twilight are probably directed to the Royal Treasury.

Here's the red pill: Harmony resets everything. That's why background ponies are such ungrateful pricks. They're constantly being reset to their pre-tragedy settings ;)

Here's the blue pill: some powerful unicorn whips out their horn and magically fixes everything.

If you live in Ponyville, every insurance companies in Equestria would refuse to sell.

What ended up happening was that after hundreds of reconstructions and complaints from Ponyville, Princess Celestia and Luna unofficially crowned the head construction worker in ponyville as the new alicorn prince of reconstruction.

What he does all day is rebuilding collapsed houses from Ponyville from various incidents, and he is busier and useful than all the princesses combined.
