I feel like I’m both too since I constantly go between wanting to talk too much and wanting to run away from people for a few hours

I can be both when I need to be- but mostly leaning towards introvert. I used to be very shy and quite- but ever since I got into my current job as a salesperson- It got me more confident in talking without feeling much anxiety.

I'm an introvert with extroverted tendencies, so... a bit of both
