resolved New text selection options

So I noticed when I highlighted words in a post, in addition to the usual "quote selection", there's now "search" and "search as phrase". What's the purpose and difference ?

This is actually not a change I was aware of, and unsure of the reasons behind it. There are some UX concerns I have and I’ll poke around. 

This is how if appears on mobile (my main way of non-Admin based interaction and consumption of the site, so at the very least there may be positioning concerns. Hard to select text yo quote when the menu is off the screen.
