Regarding Sunny's horn and wings

Since Sunny's horn and wings are more of a magical hologram than actual parts, I wonder if she can activate them whenever she wants to. Think of it as a battle form, something like She-Ra. She can use it whenever she needs to fly or use magic. I think that would be a great thing for Sunny to have.

It may have been a one time thing...a representation of her being the new ambassador of friendship...

...but after watching the clip of Sunny's transformation again, there is a chance this could be permanent, because think of it...an earth pony...a humble optimistic earth pony who worked her flank off to reunite the 3 species...

I can imagine that, it would be an interesting concept for Sunny to be able to keep her earth pony form but be able to change whenever she wants

They seemed like others have said to be something she’d just be able to activate. Maybe when there’s like big trouble around she’d do it. I’m just hoping it’s a hologram thing and not permanently there. It’d be a bit ridiculous to have a full out alicorn that damned early. At least Celestia and Luna has an excuse they were royality. Meaning they had the title of at the time being the only of the highest title and strongest race a pony could be. Cadence became royalty as did Twilight.  Flurry heart was born into being it. Having a regular earth pony just become it in the span of like a few days or so doesn’t feel right regardless of what she did before getting the wings and horn you know what I mean.

I hope it's just temporary, since while I don't feel the movie was rushed in many aspects people say it was, even I would definitely agree that would be rushed if Sunny's already an alicorn. From three seasons to just one movie, I mean come on. 

At least @ShadOBabe is happy though.  And not just over this, but earth ponies getting all the love in the movie while all the unicorns got clinical depression and mayonnaise.

I feel like it's a powerup sort of form. A way to have a sellable Sunnycorn but not change her too much. Maybe she'll activate her inner luminescence and bring it out when needed.

I am really hoping that it is just a temporary thing, and not anything permanent. That being said, I don't really want it to be an "on demand" thing. If Sunny could just become an alicorn whenever she wanted, it would essentially just make her an alicorn. Threats wouldn't be as threatening due to her being able to transform into a powerful alicorn whenever danger comes, and she could just use it for the most basic of tasks. For example, she could just go alicorn whenever she is having a hard time reaching something, or wants an advantage in a game or challenge. I think it would be much better if becoming an alicorn is more so involuntary for her, and only activates when she exhibits certain strong traits of friendship in time of need. That way she'd still feel like an Earth Pony, just with a magical boost every once and a while.

I don't think it would be permanent given the way they look, but I think that it shouldn't be a one-off thing either.

It's possible they could be permanent, but I think, judging purely off their aesthetical effects, that it is temporary. It could be something that activates at certain times like when friendship is very strong, or it could also be something that Sunny does at will.
