I am not sure if it would be something for me, but I would not a person who says to others what they have to do, and when it is the hobby of this person, so why not? But I guess I would always be worried.

Literally or metaphorically? If literally, I can get past that that. Medical deformities do not define a person.  If metaphorically, only if we can work on their mental health. If they refuse or if they show no improvement, we probably won't last long as a couple.
