Bobobo bobo bobo for sure. And Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Three Busy Debra's is trying to give itself a plot, but it is probably the cringiest thing I've tried to follow and 10 minutes of my life I won't get back... A lot of "adult swim originals" tbh, are really weird deadpan humor without the ability to validate the expressions behind really lazy animation if you want to even call it that, voiced in a way that is sometimes really monotone or doesn't fit the character at all, their only good show was Aqua Teen Hunger Force, I've seen some weird Japanese game shows, the only one prominent enough to remember isnt all that weird, Takeshis Castle, it just has some really weird interactions and listening to it dubbed in English sometimes is absolutely hilarious, they rip some of these ppl, and the English translators try to be comedic at time when narrating for the competitors

Probably either Tim Heidecker's 'On Cinema at the Cinema' or 'The Midnight Gosphel' although I would probably consider the later more Esoteric than Weird. 

Sam Hyde's 'Million Dollar Extreme' also seems like a pretty weird show although I have only seen clips, never the show itself.

Well, I suppose The Prisoner (1966) can be rather offbeat. It’s not just weird for the sake of weirdness though; it actually has something to say for those who care to delve into the rather elaborate subtext. Great show.
