2-Freeze Man

3-No

4-Don’t remember the exact dialogue 

5-Oh boy, that’s my hardest and cheapest final boss I’ve fought so far. You may have noticed Wily’s balls chase you a short distance, pause, and then chase you again. If I recall, a semi reliable way to dodge them is to get as far away as possible, dash as their first chase animation starts so they go lower, remain on the floor, and when they start their second chase can be jumped easier. Then again, it’s al dependent on baldy’s position, as some of them are virtually impossible to dodge those balls. Of that happens, try to let yourself be hit by the yellow balls, as they damage the LEAST. Oh, don’t forget hoarding energy and special tanks

2) Turbo Man(gee I wonder why)

5) Never got that far, though I'm currently at the final Wily stages, I wanna have this game knocked down by the weekend

Ok, so the context is that when you meet Proto Man in Cloud Man's stage, he tells you to try using the Fire Weapon in the forest. That seems like a very Global warming reason to me l_l 

Also my favorite is Turbo Man as well! Yay!

I wouldn't say there's any sort of global warming message there. In a lot of games in general, grass/leaf elements are usually weak to fire(just using Mega Man(Wood Man, Search Man, Spike Rosered, just using Mega Man as an example)

Yes, grass and nature themed ROBOT MASTERS are weak to fire. This is just a straight up forest that Protoman wants us to burn.
