The New Enemy

OK our war with haters is still continuing but now there is a new enemy...

I talked with a little girl and she was like:

"You watch my little pony? You're a guy. You're also older than me..."

See? They are like a new type of haters. Ageist and Sexist... they are horrible! There's no cure to haterism but is there a cure to this new disease? Please reply and share your ideas!

"You watch my little pony? You're a guy. You're also older than me..."

And then you nodded in pride of your manliness and walked out of the room.

That is exactly my brother

Before I was a brony I mocked the first few MLPs for their awfulness, when FiM came out I was like phhht silly guys, when I became one, my brother stuck to that. Now he insults me whenever he gets the chance.

don't even talk to a person from my area about bronies, they will be like WTF are bronies? When you tell them, it feels like the whole town is gonna chase you out! Stupidity in a nutshell is what haters are.

Oh boy, that is so true, like nobody at my school uses the internet out side of facebook and some parts of youtube (RWJ, and people like that is all they watch -_-) But because of that I started using that to my advantage when a kid wouldn't shut up about how I liked ponies, I told him to watch one episode, I told him the episode name was called rule 34...

Ouch...

Poor kid. He will probably be traumatized for life.

Exactly! (my favorite phrase! :P) My area is so CLOSE-MINDED AND STUPID! It is the exact same story, people only care about facebook in my area (the three main questions in my area, where are you from, what is your living, and are you on facebook? If you say no to facebook, they wont talk to you) I am a part of the 1/3 of the country without facebook , so when I talked to an Acquaintance (Acquaintance not friend) about bronies, he laughed, and laughed, and laughed. :(

Other than that I keep it a secret of my bronyhood, unless I am talking to a fellow brony face to face.

Are you kidding me?

You tell the child it is fun to watch, not call them sexist.

She is 10 years old, she was raised like that apprently.

I met a 6 year old, and she was like,

"My little pony? Isn't that for girls?"

I looked at her and smiled.

"No, it is actually a really good show."

I gave her my laptop and we watched the show together.

I did not even know who she was.

Well kids are basically tought pink is exclusive to girls. I would want to show them that there is nothing wrong with watching a show with pink characters, the only thong that would make me hesistant on doing that is that they are still kids and may confuse that statement as a justification of other things... O.o

Kids just need to be more open minded and accepting

I don't like the color pink, but I still like MLP

I wan't to a party (it was my baby cousin's) so there was a bunch of little kids there, and I get out my laptop and watch MLP so a little girl (4 to 6 years old) and asks "What are you doing" I responded "Watching ponies" the little girl stares at me and mumbles "You're weird" and that's when I loved and tolerated that girl, by the end of the day she asks if she can be my friend I was thinking *This is my chance.... Bwahahahaha* instead I said "Okay" anther girl said "That's for babies" I was Lovin' and Toleratin'
