Star was tempted to move away from Clocks, but decided he didn't want to have him up in case she kicked him awake. So she fell asleep next to him.

 

(I love how Thunder is asking Diss if she likes Clocks while he is sleeping with Star * Chuckles*)

Static shook his head as he had seen Star pull Clocks into her home. Was she an idiot? Oh well, it's her choice. He turned away, spotting the guards that were watching him, but he kept walking.

There was an odd puppet shop that appeared in Cloudsdale. It seemed to give off a creepy aura.

The door to the bar burst open and the four guards trotted to Trench, "Captain!" a unicorn called, "Your letter wasn't very enlightening, and I hope you aren't drunk, sir."

"Nonsense!" Trench replied, "I drunk better when I work! Now let'e catch us a perp." He turned to Thunder, "Last chance, kid"

Static glanced at the puppet shop, <creepy puppet shop that appears out of thin air? Seems legit> he thought to himself. He knew it was trouble, but his curiosity drove him to enter the shop.

"I think I may possibly be little to over the top tipsy to help you out," Thunder told him followed by a hiccup.

5 minutes later Linus and Zlo arrived at the bar. Linus opened the door and walked over to the bartender. He ordered a cider, then began to drink it.

The door closed behind Static quickly. The shop was filled with Wooden puppets that were shaped like ponies.

Static merely chuckled, "That was predictable" he muttered. He looked around at the wooden ponies, "Someone has quite a bit of freetime on their hooves.

"Kid," Trench said, "I'm a wreck, an absolute drunken wreck, and I prefer to fight like this. Nulls the pain." He turned around and followed the guards outside. "One more thing, kid. You know where the vamp went ta?"

There were puppets shaped like Statics loved ones. To static they looked like the real deal. "Hello son" one of them said "We missed you"

"No idea but I hear he's got a fovorite mare in cloudsdale," he replied.

Statics eyes widened, what sorcery was this?! "M-mom? D-dad? What the... how the... who the...?"

"We have been waiting for a long time, son" Another one said. "Come to us, so we can be to-" It was cut off when one of the puppets from the rack impaled it in the neck, fake life like blood spilled out of it.

"Cloudsdale, eh?" Trench though aloud.

"I can go check it out," The first Pegasus offered.

"Me too," said the other.

"No, we ain't splittin'. We'll wait till we see him on solid ground," Trench ordered.

Static yelped in surprise and staggered a few steps back, "This isn't real!" he exclaimed to no pony in particular.

Statics breathing quickened, "Stop! Leave them alone!" he yelled, lashing at the other ponies with lightning orbs, tears beginning to form.

When the lightning shook off the attackers. Only one remained on the ground, gasping for breath "Help....me"
