Mmm....well either a giant pony with the aspect of a stone golem....or a pony riding another pony as they fight a giant golem-like monster.

Crap, that actually sounds like fun. I may give it a go after the "challenge" request from Krystal Serenity.

 

As for a challenge, why not do an extreme zoom in from one of the ponies in the show to their eyes and have a reflection of what they are seeing appear. E.G. - Fluttershy might be seeing angel eating carrots or Derpy could be seen shoving handfuls of mail in a mailbox.
