Carrick looked at Starbolt, from the look from her. She was playing hooky to do what she had done. It wasn't smart and they were very lucky to get out of that. Carrick kissed Starbolt's neck, she didn't want to see that look on her face, "Sorry for making you worry, Quick. If I did." He smiled.

Zerrif decided to test out his swords new ability. He drew the demon sword Resurat. He was still 200 yards away from Carrick and the others. He slashed the air in front of him pouring his stamina and willpower into the slash. Instead of a wind blade projectile forming, the blade sliced through space itself creating a wormhole rip in space. He jumped through it exiting the rift 15 feet above the group. He spotted Carrick and swung his blade sending a air blade straight at Carrick.

Blood started to feel Starbolts feint scent, from taking some of her blood it made it easier. He took off and started to run like a wolf trying to find it's prey at high speeds. "They are gonna get it now" He thought at he got closer to his destination.

 

He arrived just to see Starbolt throw up a barrier. He leaped into the air and swung his staff around to try to hit her in the head from behind.

Starbolt heard something and looked up and saw Zerrif. "Carrick, look out." She said to Carrick, as concentrated she put up a barrier in between Zerrif's attack and Carrick. Starbolt reinforced the barrier more to absorb the attack.

Starbolt was to concentrated in her spell to notice Blood, the staff hit her on the back of her head. She fell to the ground and the barrier disappeared. Starbolt turned and saw Blood. "I thought they punished you? I'm surprised you're still alive." She said angrily as she fired a stream of flames at him.

Blood countered by shooting out a stream snow from the staff. "I'm sure you remembered when i said i had a back up plan, pistachio" He laughed and then started to increase the magic "Feel the snowy freezing death!"

Starbolt's fire held its own against Blood's frost magic. "Let's see how cocky you are now that I can use my magic." Starbolt shouted at Blood as she intensified her spell. She hoped Carrick and Quickly would be fine against Zerrif.

Zerrif charged at Carrick. "ICE STAR NEEDS YOU ALIVE!" Zerrif yelled as his large hand grasped around Carricks throat picking him up off of the ground. Zerrif began to run with Carrick in a choke hold. He held up his sword and slashed the air once more making a rift in space, throwing Carrick into the rift. The rift lead straight back into the tower inside a new dungeon cell. After throwing Carrick inside the rift he slashed the rift horizontally closing it. He began to pant heavily as fatigue started to set in. Using the demons sword to open rifts began to drain his life force.Dammit, there is a drawback to using this sword, as magnificent as it is it drains my life force if I open rifts with it. Zerrif thought.

Blood laughed "You really think you can win? Against me?" He asked as his form morphed and his magic began to shoot out sharp icicles at Starbolt on top of the increasingly colder and more powerful snow magic.

"Well I can try can't I?" She said confidently. Starbolt then saw Carrick get thrown into the rift Zerrif made. She instantly lost all her confidence and concentration. Blood's magic hit her and she was knocked down.

"No actually, you should just give in" Blood said as his magic switched to a much more darker and consuming void magic" He fired out a explosive blast at her feet. The amount of power and style to his magic was almost frightening, and his form only added to the effect.

Starbolt was knocked back by the explosive blasts. "I-I......" She mumbled. She lost Carrick again. She looked at Zerrif and back at Blood. She concluded that it wasn't likely she would live through this.

 

(OOC Hey Bronynony isn't that godmodding when you threw Carrick into the hole thingy.)

Blood laughed and slowly walked up to Starbolt, picking her up with magic "You are so pathetic, pistachio. Not even able to hold up in your own fights." He laughed as he opened his mouth to reveal his fangs. "No pony can save you now"

Starbolt struggled, she felt angry. It's not fair that Carrick be taken again. She felt something swell up inside her. She let it out with a powerful arcane wave that knocked Blood back and stopped his magical grip on her. "You, will, pay for that!" She shouted at Zerrif as she fired a bolt of arcane energy at him.

Blood got back up and snarled, he grabbed his staff with magic and fired another blast at her. "Pistachio you are getting on my nerves!" His voiced boomed in a morphed scary tone. "I'm going to drain you completely in front of his face, and then rip you apart!"

Starbolt used her anger and channeled her magic. She fired bolt after bolt of arcane energy towards Blood. There was a faint blue glow surrounding her as she continued to cast her spells. She fired different kinds of magical attacks towards Blood. "No you won't!" She shouted at back at him as she launched another onslaught of spells.

Blood snarled out "Oh but i'll make you eat those words as i'm eating you!" he started to fire black bolts of black magic, matching her's and nullifying them. He also wondered why Zarrif wasn't helping him whatsoever.

"I want to see you try!" She yelled back as Blood's bolts came into contact with Starbolt's aura, the bolt's disappeared as her magic absorbed them. She fired back with more arcane and fire bolts directly aimed at Blood.

"Hopefully you can't see or feel me devour you!" Blood said as he kept countering the magic with his own, while she was casting he made a rift spike come from the ground to either impale her or cut her, and distract her from his blasts. Edited August 26, 2012 by Hypno

The magical attack came and hit Starbolt on the side. She was knocked down, she attempted to stand back up but was hit by his magical attacks. She was knocked further back and hit a tree. She tried to stand up.

Blood warped to her as he tried to get back up and smacked her over the head with his staff in a attempt to either knock her out or damage her further while she was down and vulnerable for him to strike.

Starbolt was hit on the head, she fell down unable to get up. She was still conscious but unable to stand. She looked up at Blood. She was almost certainly going to be killed by him. "You...." She mumbled in contempt.

"Yes, me" He said as he bared his fangs and prepared to bite down on her neck. "You know, you really shouldn't of lied to that Corpus pony, you cost me my allies, but you should of known that you would of faced the consequences." He said this then leaned into her neck and attempted to bite.

Starbolt knew this was the best moment to do what she planned. She quickly punched Blood in the face, then fired a bolt of arcane energy point blank into Blood's chest. "You think you would win that easily?" She asked him as she blinked a few feet away from Blood.

Blood flew back and skidded to a stop on the ground. He slowly picked himself up and grumbled "Ya know, for a second there, yeah i think it would" He decided he needed to wear her down further. He changed up his staff, as the skull on it opened it's mouth and fired a rather powerful blast that was made of pure void powerful void.
