Episode III had some cool moments (Yoda vs. Sidious, Anakin vs Obi-Wan, and Order 66) I'm just more fond of the last 3 personally.

For me, it's either The Empire Strikes Back or Return of the Jedi. It's really hard for me to choose, but I can say Return of the Jedi comes out on top by an extremely slight edge.

I love them all, even the prequels because I grew up with them. Nothing gives me more nostalgia than star wars. Episode 6 is my favorite, but 3 is a close second.
