As we all know, no show lasts forever, no matter how great. So, how will the legacy continue? Bronies joining and buying the rights to the show. With our excellent animateds, it is almost within reach, with the problem of the voices. And the money. Bronies need to unite under one leader! Organize, and we can accomplish anything!

Maybe I'l buy the show and improve it. I always thought it would be a lot better if Derpy and Rarity switched places. Derpy is way more pure hearted and generous than Rarity anyway

This should never happen...ever. Another group other than the studio now working on it now would probably just ruin it. Fanmade episodes on youtube would be okay, but an official episode should never be made by fans. If the show ends, it ends.

I would rather the show ended when the people making it now stop, I'm not sure I even want them to drag it out as long as possible which could ruin the show if they run out of ideas.

Even if the show does end one day, I will still love it. It's like Spongebob. The old and good episodes ended, but I still watch them. I"m guessing the show will get up to 10 seasons (hopefully even more!).

 

When it does end, it'll go down in history as one of the most beloved cartoons, with us Bronies and Pegasisters as their fans.

 

However, if bronies actually get ahold of the show, then it'll be messed up with cloppers, horrible editing, replacing characters, and all that. Then it'll end up as a big fight. The show will be even more ruined.

 

So, if the show ends, of course I'll still rewatch the episodes. Let's hope it gets up to 20 seasons (maybe it won't but....you never know...).

Hasbro is #1 on board games in the world and a toy manufacturer by heart. There's no way they'd ever relinquish control over the MLP franchise without a great deal of cash most likely summing up around at LEAST a hundred million. Even if bought, I'm not sure I'd watch something not made by them; Hasbro's doing a fine job now so who'd keep up with the quality being made?

Not mean, only opportunistic from the overthrow on the kingdom under rule of Hollow and Derpy is all. I guess accommodations could be met to keep Rarity in better grace. How does the Royal Pillow sound? She already looks like a fluffed up marshmallow as is so it stands to reason a transition to a pillow shouldn't be to farfetched.

A bit harsh on the Rancor here are we not? She may LOOK like a marshmallow but taste wise I fear she may be as palatable as a soap covered wash cloth used to wash the flanks of the most foul beasts. I don't want the show to end for a long time myself, but I'm sccepting the fact that after the show ends and the re-runs are over, it's off air for good.

Well, the people who think it 's gonna last for 20 years are crazy. The whole franchise has hardly been around for that long and this is, while not in the eyes of a brony, just a another kids cartoon. Once the show starts wavering, they'll pull the plug. I just hope it goes off with a bang, it doesn't progessively get worse until it's over, and the ending is suiting for the end of a whole series (like RD joining the Wonderbolts, Rarity becoming famous, Twilight becoming princess, etc.) When it ends, I'll be sad. I'm not gonna lie. We'll all probably slowly drift apart. We can only hope for g5 to be just as good or better. But we will have had an awesome experience, and that's all that matters.

I cannot agree more.

Typically, think the show going off air is sad, but oh well. Everything goes off air eventually, except Spongebob. They defied that law with spongebob. But, as anyone could hope, the show goes for while. If it could last like other shows, that would be great. But MLPin general isn't very popular in general, but it's the community that holds it up often. Not to say we're to blame for the show being popular, but we have an effect, and the effect can make it last longer than normal, that's what most don't get.

 

Personally, I hope it goes on for a few more seasons, seeing I enjoy it so much. I just wish I had Hub on my TV so i could watch it when a new episode comes out .
