Love this song. Don't think I heard it for a while until these past couple of years (though I don't doubt I hadn't before then). Most people my age will remember it as "that one song in Ice Age" when we were much younger, so, nostalgia ! Just sounds like a great road trip song.

 

Was happy to hear it in the latest Rick and Morty episode, so clearly it's been popular as of lately.
