Relámpago went held up his hoof into the air. "I do, but let me just get back to the pond for a second." The luchador went off back to the pond. He wanted to take a sip of the water. He really didn't care if there was any type of contamination.

 

Relámpago started to walk as he then saw a peagsus getting water from a stream. There a lot of ponies that appeared just now, what is going on? Relámpago wonder if he was in a dream. All of this felt so surreal. He shurgged, he didn't know the answer. "Hey, who are you?" Relámpago asked Deava.

Trench tested to make sure the hammock could hold his weight. When he was satisfied with the results, he slowly climbed into it. "That'll do when night comes," He said, "Course it ain't quite night yet."

Rocky released the guard from his grip and started to run. "How did I get here?" He said to himself, "I was talking to him about exploding lizards one minute, then I'm grabbing his neck the next and all the guards are trying to kill me! This is just like my fifth birthday party."

Misty surveyed the entire group. They all seemed to be handling things for themselves. So, without much else to do, she began gathering sticks and branches, in hopes of making something larger than a lean-to. "I think we should work on a larger shelter. It would be easier to defend if animals attack. It's not that hard, but I really need an extra pair of hooves or two." She looked at all of them, praying silently that they'd help her.

Surviving alone was not an option, she had to find somepony if there were any and hang around with them to increase the chances of survival.

Relámpago seemed to have been ignored by Daeva. As she had said something to herself. He wasn't sure if she had heard him or saw him. That's odd. Relámpago went on to get closer to her and poked her on the back. "Hello. I'm Relámpago, who are you?" Relámpago did not get a good look at the front of her since she was busy doing something. He wonder who this pony was...

Fire Opal sighed as he heard that Misty would make a larger shelter. "I suppose the shelters I am making are all for me, then?" Not that he minded, he just thought he had wasted his time making extra covered space. "More space for myself," he muttered.

Daeva felt a small nudge on her back, she springed back and quickly turned.

 

"Oh, hello there Relampapagoaroaoo.. Sorry but do you have a nickname that's not as complicated?" She asked.

 

"Sorry if that sounded rude.."

"Oh right, those. Like I said, those wouldn't be as easy to defend." Misty replied, eyeing the cluster of mini shelters. "But, if you want, we can just use your's. It would have wasted both your's and my time, since you already made those." She didn't care either way, in truth. She'd just wanted to be helpful, but making a large shelter at this point would be a waste of effort. "I'll just go get my supplies from my little set up." She nodded and trotted to her lean-to and food hole. It wasn't that far away, but it was out of sight from the others. Taking what she could in her makeshift basket, she returned to the others. "If anyone is hungry, I brought the food from my, uh, place." She couldn't really think of a good enough word for what it was. It was just her home, at least for these past few days. She hoped her kindness would win over the others. That way, she could hold some sway in case of an argument.

Relámpago was surprised she was unable to pronounce his nickname. There were many ponies who were able to say his name, though with a strong accent. He started to think about it, "Relámpago in this language would be called Lighnting. You can call me that." Relámpago said to her.

 

"So, what's your name?"

"My name is Daeva!" She said cheerfully as she continued "I'm curious why in the hoof there is this huge barrier around this area, how can ponies and other creatures come in and out anyway?" She asked Thunder.

She doesn't know? How did she get here? Relámpago wonder what had happened to this pegasus pony. "It's been like this for three days. Everypony has been banished that wasn't part of her personal army. Who knows how many ponies are stuck here." Relámpago said as he pulled down his mask.

 

"Nopony has gotten out of this barrier, for all we know we'll be here forever." Relámpago said but gritted his teeth, "However, I don't believe that. We'll find a way...soon enough."

Daeva wasn't all that happy to hear she'll be stuck inside of this place.

 

"What happens if this forest runs out of resources? We'll have to eat dirt!" She said as she imagined herself eating such disgusting thing.

Relámpago thought eating dirt as well, it'd probably wouldn't be such a pleasant experience.The sudden taste of dirt overwhelm his senses. He shook his head, as he ignored the thought, "Well, we could just regrow the fruit that we eat. So than we don't have to worry about that." If I knew how, I wonder if Misty knows, Relámpago thought. She did seem to know a good amount about eating food.

 

"For now, let's go find some shelter. Come on, I know a few ponies here." Relámpago said as he lead the way back to the group.

"I was worried I was the only pony stuck in this dome.." she said as she followed Thunder back to the other ponies.

 

As they walked back she remembered that he was talking about shelter.

 

"Do you ponies plan on building a house?" she asked.

"Well at least a shelter of some sorts, if we could make a house. That would be a improvement. Right now, we just need to find a place where I don't sleep on roots for another day." Relámpago joked. The pony seemed pretty relax to realize that she was in this predicament. Than again, most ponies he had meet seemed pretty nonchalantly about it. He wonder why, were these ponies normal? They reached back with the others.

 

"Hey everypony, I'd like you to meet Daeva." The Luchador introduced her.

Misty was lying on her back, staring at the sky. There wasn't much to do, so she thought that relaxing would be a fun idea. When she heard Relámpago return, she quickly got up. "Hello, my name is Misty Leaves. It's nice to meet another exile." She was actually very happy not to be the only mare anymore. This Daeva pony could also be useful. Misty smiled and acted friendly. "As you can see, we have been building small shelters. Are you hungry? Here, take some berries." She brought over her makeshift basket, and set it on the ground. "Take all you want. I know where to find more."

"Hello everypony, as Relampago already told you.. My name is Daeva and I'm stuck here just like everypony else that's in here.." she said as she tried to think positively instead of being stuck here forever in this forest.

 

"In the meantime, I'll go collect large amounts of wood to make some furniture or maybe even a small treehouse." She looked around to see where most trees are located.

 

She heard somepony introducing herself, she placed a bowl filled with berries and offered her some.

 

"Thanks Misty.. But no thanks, I don't really like berries. Besides, I picked a few apples on the way here." she replied her as she went off to gether some wood just like she said.

"Well if you're looking for a pony who could break down some wood, come find me." Relámpago sat next to a tree. "There isn't much else I can do, I haven't been trained for survival. All I really have is strength." Relámpago said. He could of mention his amazing stunts and the art of luchador, but those aren't really helpful, least not in the near future. All he has is strength of an earth pony and his training.

Daeva knew she wasn't as strong as Relampago, so she asked "I could definetly use some of your strength.." she said as she went over to him and offered a hoof to pull him back out.

 

"Shall we go get ourselves some wood?" She said with a smile on her face.

Relámpago accepted her hoof, as he pulled himself back up. He smiled back at her, "At your service, madam Daeva." He bowed slightly, as a slight joke. "I'm ready to break some wood, oh." Relámpago looked at Misty, "I'll get some wood for you too, Misty. I never go back on my word." He said with a grin.

Misty continued to smile, and didn't even look back when she took the basket away. But, inside, she felt a bit dejected. She didn't even care about the wood. It was clear that her tenuous hold on the others would break before it could be fully formed. Misty shook her head in frustration. "Why am I having these notions?" she thought, careful not to draw any attention. Attention. That was it. She was obsessed with everypony having their eyes on her. She'd realized this long ago, but she always forgot. It was like a disease, always consuming her thoughts, even if she was unaware of it. It was probably the reason she had hung out with the wrong crowds. But, this was now, and that was then. If she kept working it over in her mind, it would drive her crazy. Despite it all, she just had to act normal. She didn't want to risk losing her chance at making it out of here. She needed these ponies if things got bad. Sure, she had just met them, but they were better than no one. All these thoughts happened in a matter of minutes without Misty showing any signs of inner turmoil. It was O.K. that Daeva refused her berries. It was O.K. that Relámpago seemed more interested in Daeva. Misty wasn't the most pleasant of ponies, so it was understandable, right? Misty went right back to her spot on the ground and stared listlessly at the sky, waiting for something to do.

Scout was moving with the practiced silence of a pony who's only refuge from life was the Everfree. He didn't really understand what was happening, only that he was in a foriegn part of the forest, and that there was a huge dome over the forest. I hope Feather doesn't do anything stupid, like go mating again. I won't be able to care for her. I... I hope she can find her mother. Now, let's see if I can't find out a thing or two. he thought. He heard what sound like two ponies crashing through the forest. He sighed, City ponies. he flew low, trying to make noise so they wouldn't be startled whehe caught up to them. After all, he did want some information.

Daeva giggled at Relampago's joke, "How do you plan on breaking the wood when we don't even have an axe, Mr. Lightning?" she joked around since she had no idea how somepony can buck down wood down with their back hooves.

He now saw that two ponies were actually 5, and that two of them were planning on chopping down trees, destroying the delicate balance of the ecosystem. He stepped out of the underbrush, very serious. After all, the ecosystem was important, especially in a dome, where valuable resources were easily squandered. "Umm, please don't, err, chop down the trees..." he flushed. Way to go Scout, you totally saved 0 trees, you stupid, weak, socially awkward idiot, he sarcastically thought to himself.

Relágado grinned, "Axes aren't not needed for the strength of Relágado." The luachador had trained many times on trees. He used to buck them many times a day with his training. Over time, he started to find certain weak points on trees. He put his hoof down on the tree, he felt the rough bark on his hoof. He closed his eyes as he finally find it. Though as he was about to bucked a tree down, he saw a pegasus fly down. He said with nervousness and hesitation to don't chop down the tree.

 

"We're in a purple barrier, where no ponies will be able to have shelter without trees. What do you suggested?" Relágado said, a bit annoyed. He didn't understand what this pony's deal was. There was no need to be an environmentalist now.
