She too was considering to fortify themselves in another location, but that would be very dangerous to think about.

"If we stay in the hospital for too long, the zombies will find a way in and we will be at the claws of the creatures," he replied, "but I'm afraid I have no recommendations of where else we could stay."

"I understand how you feel, but something like that will take a lot of planning and plenty of ponies." Octavinyl said to them as she grabbed all of her bags and turned to the direction of the hospital. "We'd better get going for now." She said to them as she made gestures for them to return back to the hospital.

"We were trying to colonize other planets, the virus was on Jupiter and some of the colonists brought it back to Earth. It kept spreading until it took over most of Equestria. That's just about all I know about how it happened."

Octavinyl stayed silent for the rest of the way back to the hospital. She'd been shocked to hear the truth of what happened.Easily all of the colonists would've been killed by the zombies. A few minutes later they had finally reached the hospital through the thick fog. Octavinyl lead everypony into the back door of the building.

I dont know he just collapsed and he had this black stuff coming from his leg, We were worried that he was turning into one of those things but me and Octavinyl were both bit and we didn't change. I dont know he just started bleeding that black stuff from where one of the monsters had attacked him. He said following Silver Heart into one of the rooms. Before he collapsed he looked frozen he just stood there not saying or doing anything, well he might have mumbled something but I didn't hear. Flame placed Emerald on the bed.

Starbolt followed the group. They arrived at the entrance of the hospital. She waited for everypony to go in and went in last.

Fae watched for any infected but it was safe. She flew through the door just as Starbolt sealed it with a protection spell.

Air once again used the spell he had used earlier, only this time using it on the door, which had already sustained protection from Starbolt. He looked to nopony specifically, and asked, "Where is there something to eat here, I'm starving from exhaustion."

Chaos sighed. He was being totally ignored. He decided to go out on his own. He stepped outside and dived out of sight. Priority one: air. two: water. He looked around and found a nearby building. He checked the water for contamination and took a drink. He found the pantry empty, but that wouldn't hurt for a day. He set a sign- HELLO, OPEN. and waited.

Flame heard the doors open and saw everyone walk in. I can watch him, everyone is back now anyway. He said walking into the room and sitting in a chair next to the bed. as much as I hate the thought I have have my knifes in case anything happens.

Vinyl put a box of about fifty MREs down on the table. "I think this should satisfy." Vinyl took her rifle off her back and held it in her arms.

Earth took one of the MREs and spoke through his half-full mouth, "Pfangks." He swallowed and spoke again, "Thank...what is your name?" He took another bite of the snack, which he couldn't quite qualify as delicious, but he had to agree it was pretty good.

Earth Opal couldn't say anything as he ate, so Air answered for him, "His name is Earth Opal, and my name is Air Opal." As he said it, he seemed deep in thought in something. He hadn't remembered yet but it now dawned him as he said those names. Turning rapidly to Earth Opal, he asked him, "Where are our other brothers?"

Emerald cracked his eyes open slightly, staring at a darkened hospital room...

'Where am I?.....I remember, store, supplies.....Blacking out.....What happened?.....Something about my leg..?'

He raised his head slightly, noting the pillows he was resting on,

'Huh....That doesn't look very attractive....The mares won't be diggin' that, that's for sure....Seems to have stopped getting that black gunk everywhere though........'

He tensed himself, then sat up. Looking around the room...

"Uh, Urrf...Hey! I can finally talk again!....."

He could see the nurse leaving,

"Miss Silver...What happened exactly?.......Urrf! I think my stomach is trying to tell me I need some food.....Damn, I don't think I've eaten for...Days....Can you grab me something, anything, to eat please? Seriously, anything."

His cut appeared to have been bandaged, but something had leaked through..

'It's that black stuff....It isn't dripping or anything....It's....Solid?....It's almost like it's part of my leg.......Hmm....'

Emerald moved his injured leg, trying to stretch. He kicked out suddenly at the bottom of the bed he lay in, testing his strength.

The metal panel bent backwards slightly, one hoof-print in it's surface.

"I only meant to stretch...And at least my other hoof didn't do anything freakish...."

 

(OOC: Black stuff is safe for now, just don't eat it...Also, not enhanced due to infection...Something else, only effective on one leg and hoof, I'll explain more later..)

Octavinyl started to pass out the backpacks she collected while at the store they had went to earlier. After wards she finished passing them out and wore the pink and white one she favored. "So what's this of hearing some new ponies here?" She asked everypony.
