Rustling Ley like Jimmies is pointless. Either the Ley is separated, either partially, wholly, or not at all. There is no half rustling.

Yeah, but I mean all of us frequent posters. Er, what used to be frequent posters.

So a planet wide Ley storm wouldn't be possible?

I miss Q... He's never around here anymore, and I really enjoyed talking to him.

Any problem that you may experience on this site can be solved immediately if you simply throw Fluttershy into a wood chipper.   You can trust me on this, because I'm an administrator. Would I lie?

It is, but again, it depends on what, how, and who.

Also, imagine that Ley were electricity running through a power cable of some sort. Too much electricity can overload. If you don't have enough, it won't be able to power anything. In addition, you can't disrupt a cable by shaking it. You can only stop it by cutting into it or separating the source from it's destination... But doing so will shock you. The thing about Ley though, is that Ley doesn't have an "Off" or an "outlet" to unplug it from.

So do I. I mean, I did speak to him earlier today, but we were just talking about XCOM.

Oh. My plan was to build a... dam of sorts. A blockage in the flow of the ley. The idea was that ley power would build up on the other side of the dam, unable to keep going to it's destination. The power would keep building and building until... something amazing happened, hopefully a ley storm, but just a giant explosion would be nice too.

I love XCOM!  :squee:

Pfft, you don't know what it's like AI, traveling to as many different dimensions as I do. I have to memorize thousands of completely different magic systems. You know it doesn't work the same across the dimensional barriers, don't you AI?

Ken Levine is an American game developer, He was the creative director and co-founder of Irrational Games. He led the creation of BioShock, and is also known for his work on Thief: The Dark Project and System Shock 2.

Of course I do. I know as much about dimension-jumping and shared properties between dimensions as I do with the magic system of this universe.

Ken Levine is also a Hero in XCOM. Never misses a shot... Well, it's extremely unlikely.

Also, this;

Yeah. But what you don't know anything about is The Great Void outside of the universe, an infinite expanse of nothingness in which nothing has ever, can, or will ever exist.  Of course, nothingness isn't the right term. Not even nothingness can exist in the void.

You named one of your soldiers Kevin Levine?

Yes. Stormfury, that lovable scamp, has destroyed my notifications list as well.

Oh, you mean The Empty Realm. I also like to call that place the Twilight Zone.

Yes, and now he is a super soldier with 200 aim.

Rip in peace, notifications.
