We don't have those where I live; maybe in far stores, but I'm not gonna take a 40 minutes drive for some pizza

well, could make some yourself. making standard pizza bases is a bit of work, but often you can substitute any reasonable bread base such as a flatbread or even pitta.

in fact, one of my homemade efforts is to take a pitta, slice it open, spread some tomato puree around the inside, then stuff with meat, mushrooms and grated cheese before throwing in the oven.
