"I always keep necessary supplies in my pack so I don't have to go wandering about to find something." He rummaged through his pack once more, and came out with a few bananas and a small grin. "Any food, perhaps?"

Air Opal took a tin of rice before setting it over the already burning fire that he had lit earlier. Letting it warm up a little, he turned to Iron Bass, signaling him to go first. He took the rice off the fire and started eating it a little and looking at Iron Bass expectantly.

"I grew up here with 7 brothers, not including myself, and two brothers that I only know of because of their deeds. I studied air spells for most of my childhood, lived in solitude later in life, which allowed me to learn some other arts, and now here I am today." He scooped another hoofful of rice into his mouth.

Opal watched as Iron flopped onto the ground on his blanket. Looking around once more to make sure there was nothing bad lurking in the dark, he headed up the tree and into his sleeping bag, where he soundly fell asleep.

Starbolt went in the tree. She sat next to Quickly. "Nice place you got here." She commented. She wondered where Fae was at the moment. 'I wonder what she is doing now.' Starbolt thought.

Midnight ran up to Starbolt and Quickly Point. "Sorry i am late" He said as he ran up to them. It looked as if he had been running for a while now. "I was just... uhhh... freshening up..." He lied even though he was really at the bar and not doing anything very important.

"Don't lie Midnight, makes grandma nervous. Anyways, grab a bag, we don't have enough time to waste," he says, picking up a bag.

 

"Don't you dare forget your cookies Quickly," threatened his grandma.

 

"Don't worry grandma! Jeesh," he sighed.

Midnight grabbed a bag "Got'cha" He said with a wink to his grandma. "Those cookies must be really good gammy" He said with a slight chuckle. He adjusted his eyepatch and bat wings before he swung the bag onto and over his back to rest and easily carry it better.

Quick crosses a hoof over his throat and fake dies behind his grandma's back. Then he set his cookies down under the table. He slung his bag over his shoulder, "Come on everypony, time to hit the road!"

Midnight nodded and readied himself. He didn't know what to expect for what was to come, but he knew he should be ready for it, whatever it was. He took a deep breath, then started to follow Quick, whatever direction he would go, seeing he was the leader of the group.

He hugged his grandma goodbye, simultaneously shutting her saddle bag. He then led Starbolt and Midnight out, to which he heard his Grandma start yelling at them. He kicked the tree stump and the door slammed shut. "Time to go, we gotta train to catch." We need to get to Canterlot, ask around a bit.
