Done, and we still have a ways to go. We have three House Moon and Star ponies and the rest having two ponies with House White Gold having one.

i was working on a oc to go into house whitegold. He's not ready yet. Also i think i more or less am finished making the groups of house whitegold http://mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/house-whitegold-r2025

Seems fine to me, maybe others here will have suggestions. Just remember to try and keep a reasonable amount of balance, as if any one House was more powerful there wouldn't have been near continous conflict between factions.

 

Also on House Moon and Star remember the creator has already created a few extras for it.

I can say that Descant could have risen through the Arcanists ranks quickly due to his skills and silver tongue, and now heads that faction. Or else have him be a Nighthoof. Or a little bit of both. Thoughts? It sounds like there's possible overflow here. And I think it's safe to say that, in the fifteen years since the Princesses disappeared, the split between the actual factions didn't happen until the failed Alicorn transformation after maybe three years, and the Flooding of Ponyville didn't happen from five to ten years AP (After the Princesses), considering that there's been time to build 'New Ponyville'.

Perhaps not the head, at least I wont allow such at this time as I want to see who else joins House Whitegold, but at the very least he can be a fairly high level member of the Arcane District.

Fair enough. I don't think that the Whitegold house, having low numbers, would be opposed to having its multitalented members spreading out some. And I understand if you hesitate to make him the head. I figured, why not, because Star Keeper is up there in Stormwing... Huh. Well, I think I can work on the timeline for ya some...

It's been split into sections the whole time. We're just determining which House needs now members the most. And there are wanderers, but I'm sure it would be more appreciated if you chose a house, or at least leaned towards one or another. Of course, I'm not the official answer, but...

Thanks and you don't have to have a house or exactly lean towards one, myself I have an OC that is a 'non-faction' as I call them (Stardream the Seer), but yes picking a house is encouraged. We actually have two non-factions/wanderers total, Iron Hoof and Stardream.

 You are right, except for the Cult of Laughter. Pinkie died, but some lunatic thieves came, stole her body, and started worshipping it. Then the Laughing Mare (Pinkie's ascended form, think Cupcakes Pinkamena God Form.) started talking to them, and they listened, and then they started to gather other followers. Cranky Doodle is the High Prophet, with Ditzy (Derpy) second in command.

 The first thing I notice about your guy is that he is in comparison to a God. In other words he needs some serious toning down and fleshing out. Your back story is just too brief and doesn't go into enough detail in any aspect of his life and overall it is just a flimsy basis which he is stacked upon.

 

Of coarse I am not a Mod and will not be making the final call,but I suggest heavily editing it before sowing it to one.

To be honest I'm not so sure if Scholar would allow a changling. Espiecially one like that. If you want to join you are gonna need to edit it... a lot... But then again i aint Scholar. Idk what he would say about it.
