Bumble Berry walked up to the bar where Sky, Krystal and another pony sat. She hopped onto one of the stools and looked to the bartender. "Could I please have a cider?" Looking to her right where all three ponies were, she watched as Krystal introduced herself to the unicorn.

Embers walked up next to bumble berry and also asked for a cider "Hey, can i have a cider?" Embers took a sip, then put it wdown as he sat down "Meh, i still think that applejack does it better" Embers smiled, he turned his head to bumble "I have no idea!" He look down at his feet

Bumble Berry looked at Embers as he shouted out that he has no idea. "What don't you have any idea about?" She couldn't connect Applejack's cider and Embers not having any idea about something. He looked little nervous, perhaps indecisive as he looked down at his back hooves.

As Gemstone left the room he could do nothing else but smile. This is perfect. Not only have i made the best gem ever, I have also gained a powerful client. Walks over to the bar. Bar keep. One Equestrian Sunset please. Taking the colorful drink he hands the bar keep his bits. This day is going to be perfect.

Starbolt looked at the white mare with a nice light blue mane. She took another sip of her tea. "I'm fine, and you?" Starbolt replied to Krystal in a friendly tone. Starbolt made a gesture and offered Krystal a seat.

Fae hovered next to Starbolt as she talked to the white pegasus.

Krystal and Sky scoot over a barstool so that Krystal is now sitting right next to Starbolt "I'm doing great." She replies "I'm Krystal by the way. Krystal Serenity" Krystal holds out her hoof to shake hooves "So what brings you here to my cousin's reception?"

Embers crashed crazily down onto a chair , he Had never been to a party like this, just seen and heard about it. Embers sighed as he took a drink "I dont know about storm, i lost contact with her" Embers guzzled down the drink, and walked over to get another "Ant no pony make cider like applejack" there was a tint of red on his eyes

"Say, a-are you drunk?" Backing up, not wanting to be stumbled or puked on, she eventually got to Sky and Krystal. "Er, Ember is...how should I put this, drunk. I mean, he looks worse than Lockon two months ago. I think we should start getting worried about him, he looks bad. Should I just leave him be?"

Embers snaped his head around "Hey! Im not drunk! it takes more then that to get me drunk, and id rather not get drunk" He sighed, he sat back down, then took another drink, took out a peace of paper, and started wrighting about the party he was now in, but he still had the tint of red, but it wasnt so harsh

"I'm Starbolt, and this is Fae." Starbolt introduced herself and pointed at Fae to introduce her. "I was invited here, I thought it would be quite enjoyable to attend." She replied to Krystal's question as she took another sip of her tea.

Storm noticed Ember in the back and waved over to him. "Hey! How was your day? Did the new book sell well?" she said giving him a polite kiss on the lips. She was sure the snobs invited to the party wouldn't be happy if she started devouring him in front of them.

"Ugh, fine!" Embers sighed as he let go, he gave her a kiss back, and looked at her "Yeah, its doing good, the only thing thats bad is that i seem to be staying up all night wrighting.....I dont even know how i found time for this!" Embers sighed as he put down his paper (yep, they are still together)

"I think I should get some help from Sky... He could maybe explain what you're supposed to do at night, in bed, with a pony who loves you" she giggled at the joke.

 

"Maybe we should go over to them and have some fun! Wanna come?" she said going over to the group of ponies forming around Krystal.

"You better believe this'll be fun. My cousin's made plenty of crazy stuff in his time. Anyway this is my coltfriend Sky" Krystal said while snuggling up to Sky for a bit. She noticed Storm Cloud and Embers heading their way "And oh look those are my friends Storm Cloud and Embers. We all met at a party just over a month ago. Who would have thought we'd all be invited to this party?" She said with a slight chuckle

 

Meanwhile some of Martin's employees are setting up the stage for his upcoming speech. Martin is straightening his bowtie.

Bumble Berry looked uncertainly at Krystal. "Actually, I didn't get invited. After I heard that Martin and you were cousins, I thought I should come. It took a while to rack up all that money, and my coltfriend back in Ponyville gave me a little extra so I could come."

Ponyborn looked at his watch. "Gonna be late, this is why i hate public transportation." He said to himself finally arriving at the building were the party was going to be held. "Now that is what i call a line!" He said looking at everypony waiting to get in. He walked up to the security guard. "Hey dude some pony over there is tripping out and stealing peoples pocket lint you should go and stop him!" Ponyborn told the guard, he watched the idiot run along the line looking for the pocket lint thief. "He fell for that? Must be a new guy." He said to himself as he headed into the building. it took him a while but he finally got thorough the crowed of ponies and found his friends. "Hello everypony, sorry im late but my taxi driver didn't know were he was going!" Said ponyborn as he got a drink from the bartender. "So how have you all been?" He asked

Embers followed storm "Well, i dont see why not, and bumble, i could lone you a few 1000 bits, you would think with all the books, and there all best selling, so i get some bits, so yo would think i would be able to get some sleep, but noooooo, you have to stay up ALL nigh" embers sighed

Gemstone walked around for a while. He was promoting his business to some of the high class ponies there. He had take a few orders in as well. My my my this is bringing in so much money to my business. I might have to make some new gems for these orders. Maybe ill try mixing ruby with sapphire and see what that gets me. Taking a sip of his drink. Hmmmm....Maybe ill make one that looks like this drink.
