I don't have Gmod, but this looks so amazing and useful Really looks easy to use, must save a lot of time for Pony model creaters

Well everypony, It's been updated!

It now has compatibility for HLMV, and can Compile models, Although you can see that caramel's Cutiemark, and Hair have not been textured, It is because Gonzololog is currently working on the texture files. Also, we will get the full release of this, not a beta. (As it states in the fine print, "I will release the first version of Pocm to my beta tester group".
