My OC is Lockjaw Lenny, his settings are wars and any Fallout Equestria lands. Brown eyes, light tan coat, you can see the hooves. He's got a short crew cut on his mane as well, and it's sort of brown-tan, more on the brown side. Why the sepia colors? WWII reporter was the inspiration! He wears a reporter's fedora, kinda like the "Fed Fighting Fedora", and he is a reporter for the Inebriated Fowl News. Wears a watch, and has antique bronze glasses. Yes, no bright rainbow colors. He is quick on the facts, a real good reporter, fast with the pencil, a real sharp wit. A wit as sharp as Mobster Moe's suit corners! Yeah, that sharp. Real sharp. And he is unable to shut his trap! Lockjaw Lenny, draw him if you could? Possibly interviewing somepony or busy at a typewriter! Here is the lame little bit of scrap I made, at least to get the shape of him. But I'd appreciate a drawing, yeah?

 

So, is it alright to bump this up? Really, if anyone has the time and charity to help out, I'd be real grateful. I'm starting a tumblr with Lockjaw Lenny, and I could use a picture of him for it.

Hey, I know someone who COULD attempt at your OC, then I spruce up the Vector with photo editing? (Collabritive effort) I don't have a graphics tablet, so I can't really draw anything like the outlines

Fantastic! And hey, if any of you feel like drawing Lockjaw Lenny in Fallout-Style settings, that would be incredibly amazing. Really, he is intended as a Fallout character! Hell, I made him on a Fallout mine craft server to broadcast an event on general chat while still maintaining RP rules.
