Spearmint looked back at the voice, not knowing that Hank had almost crashed into her.

"Hi Hank! I'm Spearmint. Nice to meetcha!" She said, "I've never met anypony else called Hank. Where are you from?" She asked.

She wondered why Hank wasn't showing his face.

"You shy or something?" She asked. Spearmint wasn't a very tactful pony.

Shadow Stalker stumbled backwards and looked up. "Oh yes, quite alright." She said, looking at the books. "I see you like to read, or study, or something of that nature. Where can I get books at in this town?" She asked. Or maybe she could help you with your problems. Wait no terrible idea. She told herself.

Flaret cheered up a bit when Shadow Stalker mentioned books. Determined to help her with something to make up for the unfortunate accident she started talking. "I just got back from the library, I can show you where it is if you want to! Oh, and there's also an old book shop in town, but I doubt you'd find what you're looking for there. They have some interesting stuff there, though, this one time-." Flaret kept rambling on, though after a few more lines she suddenly stopped and looked down. "I'm talking too much, aren't I? Sorry." SHe smiled faintly.

"I think that if you could show me where the book store is, that would be more helpful than the library. I doubt the library would have even heard what I am looking for." She said, watching her. "Oh and what kind of stuff did you find in this old bookstore, something interesting?" She asked.

Hank gave a smile "it is nice to meet you." he thinks for a moment "im not sure where i came from... i never stayed in one place, i always kept walking.. I am here to start a new life.." he sighs "i don't want to show you what i look like under this hood. I am afraid you will be afraid of what i look like..." He sighs "i don't really talk to ponies, i haven't had friends in a while..." He looks at the ground. "maybe if we get to know each other, you can see what i look like under the hood. You might also be able to see something special i have that no pony has."

"Oh great, you still have it! Come on, don't leave me hanging here! Throw it over!" Rainbow had gone too long for her tastes without the taste of her favorite sourdrops. She took an impatient step toward Spearmint, then noticed that another stallion was upcoming. "Yo, watch it, you're gonna-" Well, he already caught himself. Nopony harmed. Rainbow was a bit leery about introducing herself to stranger ponies, but then she decided it wouldn't be that bad. Sure, he looked a bit sketch, but she hadn't known Twilight before introducing herself, right?

 

"Name's Rainbow Dash. Welcome to Ponyville, Hank. So..." She was about to go back to Spearmint, but then heard Hank continue on, and she had to resist the urge to roll her eyes. "That sounds so creepy dude, seriously? Not a good way to make a good first impression." Unimpressed with the newcomer, Rainbow turned back to Spearmint. "So... What was that about a new school?"

Flaret calmed down a little when the other pony didn't seem to mind her talking and her smile broadened. "The library has quite a variety on books to study out of, but the old book shop has some very interesting books about magic that haven't been touched for ages. It just takes a while to find them. What kind of book are you looking for?" Her ears perked up a little, she always liked talking about her hobbies.

"Oh just a book on magic. I doubt this bookstore will have it, I have gone to countless ones before searching but have not found anything yet." She said. She didn't trust this mare with why she was looking for a book, or what specifically the book would have. Maybe this is finally the town, I sure do hope so.

Hank looks at Rainbow Dash "well you see i haven't talked to anypony in lets say about 5 years, i forgot how it was to start a conversation." He gave a sigh " i hope you enjoy your candy." He turns around about to walk off as two AIs appear at the same time but splits into two. Iota and Eta, Iota is a yellow AI with cracks, she is a female, and a light blue AI with cracks, showing that they go together appears out in the open so Rainbow Dash and Spearmint can see them. Iota and Eta are both females. Iota is on the left side of Hank while Eta is on the right.

 

Eta looks around "wow its so nice here, its a lot better than all the other places." She notices the two ponies "hello im Eta, i represent Loyalty its really nice to meet you two."

Iota smiles "It is nice here, i really hope Hank made some friends, he needs some. Oh i am Iota i represent Honesty."

 

Hank looks at them both and gulps "Iota, Eta, what did i say about coming out when i am around ponies." He looks at Rainbow Dash and Spearmint "Normally ponies would run off seeing them.... Thats why i haven't said a word to anypony, because i am afraid they will run off... Please don't run off..." He looks at the ground, hoping they won't run off and tell ponies.

Storm Fire finished his fly around and landed back in front of his school looking both ways multiple times making sure that there was nopony around to slow his moving process. Quickly he knocked the closed sign off the door and hurried inside. He continued opening boxes and putting stuff in its place once he had a box emptied he tossed it into the fireplace and used his fire magic to burn it to ash. He gave a slight chuckle "At least there's one good thing to being the son of a powerful magic wielding mother."

Fluttershy was walking over to Rarity's house for a promised visit, after all she had promised to go with Rarity to the spa again in the near future, and as she came closer, she noticed a new building. Blazing Thunder Flight School. Flight School? Here? she thought to herself, and then she saw a new pony and her trot became a slow pace as she kept moving.

"I'm sure it'll have what you're looking for, but I can't promise you you will find it fast." She happily trotted in the direction of the bookstore, leading Shadow Stalker to the right place. "What's your name? My name is Flaret," she said as she slowed her pace to look behind her.

Storm Fire looked out the front door and saw the light yellow coat and pink mane on the pony walking past his shop and trotted up to the door. He gave a smile when he got to the doorway "Well hello there names Storm Fire and welcome to.....my.....school? Say you look a little bit old to be here to take flying lessons." Storm Fire studied her and then gave a sigh "But you're not here to learn how to fly are you."

 

Storm Fire flapped his wings and raised his head "Oh well like I said names Storm Fire and I just moved here this is my house and school."

Rainbow Dash grimaced, annoyed that she had triggered Hank's defensive side. Annoyed with him and herself, though it was mostly with him. She sighed, trying to apologize:

 

"Look, I..." She trailed off, as the whatever the heck they were appeared. Rainbow Dash watched, not really knowing to make of what was happening. She sure as hay didn't want to run off, but she sure as hay didn't know what she wanted to do in response to... whatever was happening. "Uh... the hay is going on here?"

Fluttershy heard the pony and turned around, not noticing the voice. She stopped and saw he was a complete stranger and his sudden approach sent her into a dizzy spiral of nervousness, "Oh... uh... hi..." Fluttershy muttered, as she looked down at her feet. In response to his other question about her coming to flight school, she said, "Umm... I'm.. not here for flight school..." Even though she really wanted to keep going to Rarity's, she didn't want to be rude.

Storm Fire chuckled "I'm sorry i didn't mean to startle you dear. I didn't catch your name I'm Storm Fire the fastest pony in Equestria." Storm Fire gave the shy pony a reassuring smile. He didn't mean to scare her just the thought of getting his first student was so exciting he couldn't contain himself. It was at that time that he noticed that the fire was almost out and stomped his right hoove and re-energized one flames "There that's better." he smiled.

Spearmint looked at the weird... things that had appeared by Hank.

"What ARE these?" She asked, before trotting towards Lota and poking it. She put her face very close to Lota and examined it, before going up to Eta and doing the same. After seeing both of them, Spearmint backed away from them, and bombarded Hank with questions.

"What are they? Why can they talk? What do they mean they represent loyalty? Are they related to the Elements of Harmony? Tell me!"

Rarity sighed. Her dress's were FIINALLY finished! She trotted out but then bumped into Fluttershy.

 

"Oh...dear...FLuttershy! Sorry, didn't see you there. Were you out looking for me? I just finished those dresses so I have free time." Rarity piped, handing Fluttershy a small set of socks that she made for Flutters. "Just for you, dear! Just decided to whip something up special!"

Hank looks really surprised at their reactions cause normally they would run off. I guess its time for some answers. Hank opens his mouth about to speak as Eta and iota come in.

Eta gave a smile "We are Artificial Intelligence, but we are just fragments of the main one"

iota smiles "We can talk because we are pretty much a fraction of Hank. The main one is pretty much a exact copy of Hank. Oh i meant to say Honesty."

Hank sighs "they are not related to the Elements of Harmony but they might be able to help them out... Im not exactly sure i havent really seen all of the elements of harmony."

Hank looks at Rainbow Dash "i am sorry you had to see this..."

Pinkie pie came bouncing up behind them, "whats all this fracas about?" she asked. Pinkie pie froze, "Oh, is it other surprise party?" she asked before continuing on anyway " because just love party's..." before trailing off and gasping. The pinkie mare ran over to a pony she never she before, "the names pinkie pie!" she grinned.

Brutal Legend finaly found the group of ponies, gathered around a rather strange looking stallion. She landed, folding her wings against her back and approaching the others. "Hello" She greeted the others, eyeing the two females who seemed to be with the stallion. She didn't know if this was the source of the commotion, but it was certainly an interesting group

"My name is Shadow Stalker." She told Flaret. So far this town had been nice to her but she wanted to have fun, but that would have to come after she found this book, if she could find this book that was. "So where is this store, I would love to start looking." She said, putting on a fake smile.

Flaret frowned a little upon hearing her name, but didn't comment on it. "Right over here." She came to a halt in front of an old book store. "If there's any rare books you're looking for, they have some here." The unicorn smiled politely, she didn't have to go in herself today. She just bought a few books there a few days ago, after all.

"Uh... oooo... kay?" Rainbow wasn't sure if she understood or not. It wasn't an easy concept for her to wrap her head around, it reminded her of all the dumb stuff Twilight would talk about when she got in the mode. "So let me get this straight. They're fractions of some other pony and they have their own Elements of Harmony, or..." Rainbow trailed off. "You getting any of this, Spearmint?"

"Nope." She answered, looking very confused, and feeling the same too. She stared at the strange... things, watching them closely.

"So why doesn't everypony have them then, if they're a part of you?" She asked Hank.
