I have a problem with the Windows App of MLP. Does anyone know how to contact Gameloft ? On their contact form, they only have "Mobile Device" and "Social Network" as listed platforms...

 

I sent an e-mail directly at support@gameloft.com but I got a reply saying that they only answer to problems submitted through their contact form...

All this update did for me was barely make any of the pests appear in my game. Now I only get like 2 per day/per town.

I also notice that the notification that tells you the remaining time in EG and what the latest price to get in EG is not showing up anymore. Is anyone else still getting the notification with this new update? ( Sidenote: I play the app on my Android phone )

Ya know, ever since the update, I've yet to see a single Fruit Bat at Sweet Apple Acres.  It's like those varmits don't even show.

Known problem. The devs are going to fix it as soon as they can (or so they say).

On my iOS game, I have lost the share button in the Equestria Girls mini game. As for my Windows app, the mine cart glitch prevents me from getting multipliers.

I do not know why you would not be allowed to post that. Either way, the Bugs and Feedback section directly links to the Gameloft support website. So, it is pointless.

So, if people are having issues with the mine mini game, like me (loading times, freezes, graphical problems), I got it to work nicely (waiting for Gameloft to answer me). So I think that the problems had something to do with internet connection and "friends". Here is why: it usually runs smoothly unless it's going to that screen where it keeps your score and that of your friends, and also because I'm one of those users that has been addicted playing it since it first launched. I have 1800+ "friends" (most of them probably don't even play the game anymore...) and I noticed that once, when the game failed to connect to the server (and thus not showing my friends in the social menu, nor at the score bar from the minigame), it ran nicely.

 

So I started loading the game normally and when I'm going to play the mine minigame, I put my iPad on airplane mode, and after playing the minigame, I take it out of the airplane mode. This doesn't seem to be creating problems with events or gifts/chests, that arrive normally.

Of all the problem this new update has given, the fact that im no longer getting any notifcations from EG dance game is frustrating. It all stopped after I installed the new update .-.

And yes, I did check my settings. Its been marked to give me notifications ever since I started to play the app.

Plus, it's been days since I messaged GL about it with a Customer Care Form

I am unable to install the new update because my phone ran out of space. I just need to delete some old useless app to do so and it sucks that I am unable to play or login online otherwise. It sounds like a lot of the parasprites and bats have been fixed and I am looking forward to the new ponies and level caps. I just hope that I won't lose any ponies with the new update

I just got the game 2 days ago and I'm already trying to get at least a few friends since this is much more difficult than I expected especially if I want to get everyone.

 

Even though I already got Pinkie, AJ, Mac, Applebloom, Sweetie, Cheerilee, it took a lot of effort and I need a lot of gems to get particular characters. So hope you guys can help me out. I'm very active in that game and I will help you guys in every way I can.

I mean, I log into the GameLoft thing as OnionSing, but it loses the upper case O and S, when displaying my name on my GameLoft Profile, so..Huh?

 

Also, I can't seem to send any friend requests.

 

I'll start from the beginning...

 

I'm trying to play this cool game on my Nexus 7 (2013) Android Tablet.

By "Clicked" I mean "Poked". I dun wanna edit that pic again.

 

Doing the above took me to this screen.

I think that guy likes my Avatar? I'm not sure. He kinda creeps me out. =0

 

I then scrolled down the menu on the left, until "Friends" was highlighted.

 

Next, I poked the orange icon in the upper right. Doing so made 3 things appear.

(1) An "Add Friends" Text-Entry box. (2) A Cancel button. (3) A Search button.

 

I poked on the "Add Friends" Text-Entry box. My on-screen keyboard appeared, as well as a new Text-Entry box on the top of the screen. I used the OSKB to enter a name.

After entering the name, I clicked on the gray "Done" button on the upper right of the screen.

 

Doing that make the OSKB disappear, but did not add shadow0knight's name into the "Add Friends" Text-Entry box.

 

So I clicked the "Add Friends" Text-Entry box, entered his/her name again, then clicked the black "Done" button on the OSKB this time.

 

Same Result.

 

So I decided to go ahead and click on the Search button.

 

It span (spinned? spun?) for about 30 minutes....

 

So I canceled out, clicked the Yellow Horseshoe Scroll, and started taking photos... :okiedokielokie:

You should contact Gameloft. It could be a problem with your Internet connection. Even though you can access the Internet, maybe the app cannot.

I found a FAQ on the Gameloft website for mlp for android, and it says the friends list being broken for someponies is a known issue. Hopefully they'll fix it soon. Be sure ta check it next time ya get a patch; I will too.

 

BTW, I found my first In a box today!!! She was in the south of ponyville, in an area I haven't cleared the darkness outta yet. How many times does show up per day?

 

Is it a 1 in 10 chance, to appear, with a max of 3 pokes/unhides per day?

I am not sure how many times she appears per day. You can get gems from it though, so it is good.

About the "fixing soon" part, do not count on it. they have a strange definition of the word "soon".

Yes, I have the game on Windows 10 too, and I play the mine cart using the keyboard (space to jump) and the Equestria Girls as well (left and right arrows).

Should I buy some of them now(Ex: Toe Tapper) or should I wait till I have 430 Gems?

Just to let you guys know that my mom took the iPad with her so i won't be able to do daily & weekly solo events, gift hearts, send chests to you guys and accept friend requests from you guys for 2 weeks, but you guys can still send me friend requests. I haven't been paying much attention to friend requests right now since I'm busy with other stuff and playing other games.

I think you can still win princess celestia at the balloon pop game by spending gems there. Yeah, I saw that coming from the game's facebook page, but what we need the most is more canterlot shops to go around.
