When I was still using Wolf Haven, there usted to be a MILLION art storage places jsut FILLING the ENTIRE art section of the site. Therefore, I have descided to introduce to you all....the ART STORAGE.

I think those adopts would make beautiful canon princesses! I want to hug them all!

 

This is really why I need to learn how to draw...I have so many ideas built up, but no way to put them into a visual form. (I write fanfics, but that's different.) Being able to impose your imagination onto a piece of paper is just cool all the way around.

 

All that to say: I think these look astonishing. Keep it up!

 

*Edit: I'm also admiring your use of shading - what did you use to achieve that? Or more specifically, what kind of pencil did you use? I don't think I could do that with my #2 mechanical pencil...

Surprisingly, I don't have any special shading pencils. I simply shade where I think it's necessary, darker here and there. Once I'm done I smudge it a bit around the edges to make it look smoother and less choppy.

That's comforting considering I just finished some Esme and Eris drawings. I've been working with expressions lately, and I've discovered that the emotion Eris has can make her look completely different.

I've been working on developing expressions lately, so here are my latest experimentations. Eris looks like a completely different person when she's angry, as I've learned through this (note: retractable fangs).

You wanted to see more Esme, no? I've just made a few pics of her, in case your interested. I've been trying a new effct where you do the shading and then you color over it. I need some imput.

 

It would be really nice is someone could give me a bit of critasism. I've been having a bit of trouble with obscure positions lately and it might be nice to get some pointers.

It's like that old phrase: "We're always our own worst critics." I can't stand looking back at some of the things that I've created (Fanfiction, music, etc.), but others love some of it, so I suppose it's not as bad as I think it is in my head.

I'm not so sure. I always thought Lexi was my worst critic (a friend of mine). Anywho, I suppose that makes sense because we made the mistakes and, therefore, are better at noticing the problems.

 

I've just made Eris' anthro form. I've been thinking of taking requests or commissions for practice, but I'm not entirely sure yet.
