Are F/F pairings allowed? On the rules It seems like you're only against M/M pairings for some reason.

 

 

Look, this isn't some sort of gay-bashing session. Page has been solid on this rule since the beginning. There was minor contemplation that I would do same-sex articles in the past, which I'd still do, but you're missing the point. You're lacking multiple articles to join the RP;

 

The codeword

A character page

A pairing that isn't married already

 

We haven't done same sex in the past because we respect, like, and admittedly slave under Page. It makes him uncomfortable. He isn't a homophobic a-hole. Trust me.

 

 

Why I never mentioned anything about gay bashing, I was just wondering if F/F pairings were acceptable because he never mentioned anything about them. He pretty much exclusively mentioned M/M which I still find kind of unusual. 

 

I'm sure you all enjoy slaving under this guy, I just wanted to know some specifics so that I can slave well under him too, gotta know the rules of the thread well after all :3c

 

 

I just felt you were insinuating that Page was using a bias against males as a baseline for his rules.

In answer to Fab's Question: The reason I specifically mention M/M and not F/F is a simple one: the majority of bronies are male. I Have had Females asking for F/F pairings in the past, and I have sometimes allowed them, the main difference to me is what I stated in that rule: I am a man who replies to other men in the guise of a female character. I personally am straight, and it's that degree of separation created from my responding in the guise of a female that keeps me from feeling squiky about it. (Not that there's anything inherintly wrong withit, just personal preferance.) Stripping that away and responding with a male voice jeopardises that and leads me to participating in something I'd rather not. On the flip side, Responding to a female as a female bothers me (slightly) less because I am, as stated, Male. If i were female doing this job, I'm sure my point of view would be reversed. I apologise if I this offends you, and appropriate amendments shall be made to the rules.

 

TL;DR: I have as much a right to not be gay as you do to be gay. I respect your lifestyle, please respect mine.

If You were a member of a dating site, and the guy who ran that site asked you for dating advice, would that be weird? Because, There's this girl...

 

I know the following things about her:

 

We are both major nerd/geeks

 

She Is currently in a bad relationship, and is probably going to be breaking up with him soon.

 

She says that she seems to be unable to stop dating jerks.

 

She say's I'm not a jerk.

 

She told someone ELSE before her current boyfriend that no one had asked her out in a long time, implying she wished someone would.

 

BUT not the guy she told this to, She made it very clear she has no Interest in HIM.

 

She told me, (and my sister) all of this.

 

My question to you guys is this: Should I tell her that I like her? I already know that she'll probably reject me, but would it be better to get the rejection over with in the hope that just maybe something good might come of it later? or should I keep it to myself? (Obviously I'm not going to do anything until I know that her current BF is out of the picture.)
