private Camping Trip (RP)

Yavolin didn't know what do to so he decided to camp out in the woods till Stacy needed him he wasn't going to fallow her around like some lost foal, he didn't care if he go cold he bent down and started to lay down on the ground to think, he closed his eyes to think better.

"Of course I'll help you," she said while smiling. She began to scout out some dry firewood. Airy was right; they needed that fire if they wanted to make it through the night. Which they would have to, considering her wing.

 

She gathered wood and carried it on her back, and then she dumped it into the pile with the firestone.

Airy also collected some falen branches, and when he added Scamps' ones to his ones, they had quite a nice stock of flamable wood.

"Thank you, Scamps. I think we should place the main bonfire near the entrance, so we can easily relight our torches when they fade." He started moving towards the cave.

"We should take the longest sticks as torches and the short ones for the bonfire. Oh, and we need something to inflame the branches. They won't catch fire that easily, we need something like dry weed or paper. If I had my note sheets here, they would help me, but I don't. And the weed around here isn't dry enough..."

"Oh... Hey Stacy." Star said, putting her book down next to her bag "You can come in if you would like." She pulled a sandwich wrapped in tin foil from her bag. "Would you like a sandwich ?" She asked, reaching back into her bag for another sandwich and waiting for a reply from Stacy.

Stacy walked in and sat across from star. "Yeah thanks." She said taking the sandwich. "What were reading?" She asked not exactly sure if it was a good thing to ask considering what had just happened. She took the sandwich out of the foil and took a bite of it.

Scamps started to get worried. She looked around for something firm that would hold the fire. She had nothing with her...

 

Except her headband.

 

"Airy, will my headband work? The fabric may be able to get the fire to catch on." She suggessted. She then looked into the forest, noticing the leaves that were somewhat damp. She figured they might work as bandages for the time being to help with her wing. She wished she knew anything about first aid.

"Your headband?", Airy asked. "I think it would, but... No, I can't ask you to give it away. I..." I don't have another choice if we want to have some fire, he added in thoughts.

"I mean, the fabric is great for setting up a bonfire... Would you really give it up for that? I mean..."

Airy decided to stop asking and just had to hug her. She was the perfect mare...

"Thank you..."

Before Scamps could insist, she found Airy's hoives around her again. She rested her head on him briefly. "I...I can get a new one tomorrow. My mane shouldn't be too messed up without it..." Scamps then took off her headband and placed it on the pile, and her mane got in her eyes a bit. She blew it off, having forgotten how long her mane had gotten.

 

"We should probably set up the torches and bonfire now. Then..well, I was thinking we could go exploring."

Star unwrapped her sandwich. "There is a small music shop in Canterlot... that have allot of really great sales, I wash just looking at their catalog." She said, taking a bite of her sandwich. "I got my guitar, piano and bongos from them." She said, trying to make conversation.

Airy nodded. "We have enough wood to keep the fire going all night. We don't need an enormous bonfire, so we shouldn't put too much wood in it now."

He stacked the sticks over Scamps' pink hairband, took a stone from the ground and knocked it against the firestone until a spark emblazed the hairband. A little while later the little bonfire was burning warmly.

Airy took one of the longer brenches and emblazed the top of it. "Here, for you. I'll make one for me as well."

She nodded at Airy and took one of the larger sticks and lit the torch. She carried it as she walked into the cave. She looked back at Airy. "Ready to go exploring?" She asked with a large grin. She was really curious about what was in the two tunnels she saw earlier.

Airy nodded. "I'm ready to go. Although I wouldn't be too surprised if we didn't find anything special in here... We just have to keep an eye on our fire because it would be quite a challenge to set it up again once it fades."

He took the torch with his mouth and started walking into the cave.

"I hach cho adnid that a chew lianas to dind the torches to our hooses sould hase been heldsul", Airy mumbled.

(OOC: Translation I have to admit that a few lianas to bind the torches to our hooves would have been helpful.)

[Marathon 562]

"Canterlot? How is it there? ive never been myself." She said taking another bite. "How often do you go, id like to tag along some time if you dont mind. I also want to go to the Grand Galloping Gala some day, id die for a chance to get to meet Princess Celestia and Princess Luna." She said eagarly. "Oh, ive got tickets to Octavias concert in a week if you want to go with." She asked hopeing star would say yes.

Scamps nodded, somewhat understanding what Airy was saying. Though, he was right, it would be easier to tie the torches to their hooves. "Mashe we dosng nees torzes, sha sryzals shouls be enoush light." She replied as best she could.

 

(OOC: Translation: Maybe we don't need torches, the crystals should be enough light.)

Yavolin decided to go back to camp , he was very cold he was even coughing like he had a very bad cold but in truth he do's gets cold very quickly, but he was still giving Stacy some much needed space, he got back to camp and began to wright a love song for stacy which he was going to do for her.

"I chur hode so", Airy replied and took the torch out of his mouth. "If we have to keep it like this, we won't be able to say anything otherwise." He laughed.

"Maybe I can attach my torch to my wheelchair somehow. Could you please help me with that?" He climbed out of his wheelchair.

"Here, I think the box I usually use for my pens and quills should do the job." He showed Scamps a round open box that was attached to the wheelchair's side. "It's big enough to take one torch."

 

(OOC: Translation I sure hope so. Last post for now, see you next evening^^)

Scamps placed her torch against the cave wall, careful not to burn anything. She then looked at the box on Airy's wheelchair. "That should do the trick. As long as we're together, we should be able to see." Scamps chuckled a bit. "Of course, why would we be seperated?"

 

Scamps picked up Airy's torch and begin to put it inside the box. She then put out the fire of her own torch. "We don't need this, but I don't want to burn anything. It's better if we just leave it."

"I got to meet princess Celestia once... When I was younger I never really got out much. But on my seventh birthday my parents took me to see the summer sun celebration in Canterlot. And after Celestia raised the sun everypony was partying and having lots of fun... I was running to a small stand selling sweet's and I accidentally ran into her... I was so worried she would be angry But, she smiled, helped me up and asked me my name. I told her... and then we started talking about instruments I had just got my cutie mark and she was interested in it... but after a couple minutes she had to go attend to princess things. Anyway, it is one of my best memories." She said, smiling and taking another bite of her sandwich but nearly coughing it back up when she heard that Stacy had tickets to see Octavia.

After coughing for a couple seconds she managed to say. "How *Cough* Did you manage to get those ? and are you sure you want to *Cough* give one to me ?" She asked, taking several deep breaths.

Stacy chuckled, "Well even though i dont have a job now, when i was a filly i would go around helping ponies out so i could get my cutie mark. It turns out that i ended up helping so much they started paying me. I did this for a few years never spending a single bit on anything. I actualy have almost 3000 bits saved up from all those years of working. I just wished ponies would remember all the hard work i did as a filly and hite me anyways. But ive been saving all of those for a concert tickets to octavias concert next week. But yes i would like you to come with me. And guess what the best part is!" She said waiting for star to guess. Shes not going to believe what she was about to say.

Yavolin began to write Stacy his love song about how he fond her he wrote it in poetic form then it went on about his life up to this point it even stated how he lost his wing which was the cause of a fight between an manticore and him, then it got down to say how much Stacy meant to him. After he wrote it he put it down some were where Stacy could find it and play it. Before he did the wind caught it and began to fly out of his hooves.

Moonbeam, who was kind of stuck on her own at this point, saw a piece of paper flying in the breeze. She leapt up and caught it out of the air with her mouth. She pinned it down with a hoof, and began to read it quickly. It was a poem! Or maybe a song? She wasn't quite sure. Regardless she liked what she saw, and as she finished reading it, she looked up to search for the author. She was smiling wide, excited about finding something like this, especially out in the wilderness.

"Well... I would Love to go with you. Thank you so much Stacy." Star said, cheerfully. "Th-theres more ?" She asked, Her smile getting even bigger. "Um... I dunno, I have always been really bad at guessing things." She said, a blush joining the smile on her face. "I have never met anypony nicer than Stacy." She thought.

 

(OOC: So I know we may be making a second RP but... We could just keep going with this one. You know, After the camp trip when everypony goes home.)

Stacy got really excited. "The tickets i bought are special offer tickets. After the show we get to actualy meet her and get front row seats to the show." She started jumping with joy. She was so excited that star wanted to go with her. The tickets were expensive but completely worth it.

Star's mouth Dropped. "Stacy... I could kiss you... But that would be weird so im not going too." She said laughing.

"I dont know what I can do to repay you for this... Thank you so so so much Stacy." Star said, Jumping up and giving her a big hug. "You are one of the nicest ponies I have ever met." She said, with a big smile.

Stacy laughed with star and blushed a little. "Well in terms of repaying me, im actualy repaying you." She said cheerfully. "That ocarina you gave me is more than enough, you dont have to give me anything back. This is my gift to you." Star hugged her and she hugged her back. "Well you can thank Little Hop for me being so nice. If it wasnt for her i wouldnt have given a ticket to any pony here."
