Well, I see the door, but it appears to be electrically sealed, meaning that it can't be picked, but it can be shorted out, with electricity, and when it gets shorted out, it should unlock.

you just need to spin around until you see a cloud and then keep kicking the cloud, but not so much it'd go away, It's best doing it together, the last time that somepony made a thunderstorm alone didn't go so well.
