Speedway though to himself for a minute, before answering Animae's question. "What about trying a cafe? Or the library? Or we could fly over the town and check from above..." He looked back to the griffin. "I guess It's your call. Flying over could be a good option though."

Animae sighed, spreading his wings out, a few loose feathers falling to the ground. He smiled. "Flying over it is, let's see if you can keep up with a gryffin"  he reared up on his hind legs and lifted off, creating a large shockwave as his wings forced the air down, he laughed and set upwards.

Speedway tried to keep from grinning as his friend soared off. He raised his wings, and set off, gliding at ground level. Through some skilled turning, and twisting, he made it to the same level as Animae. The griffin had much greater speed than Speedway, and the blue Pegasus had to flap frantically to gain speed. He wasn't very good at flying in an open environment not against such a fast opponent.

Animae looked back at his neon green trail, grinning, he twisted so that he floated lazily on his back, claws behind his head.

"Having trouble keeping up back there? I thought pegasi didn't like being outmatched or have I just spent my life in 't wrong company?"

Speedway drew level with the griffin, flapping furiously. "It's just... I'm not used to flying in open spaces. Take me on in an obstructed cityscape, and I'll run rings around you! It's... it's these wings. They're good for dodging and ducking, just not full on..." he trailed off, looking down sadly at the ground below.

Animae laughed for a fair amount of time "missing the ground already? You ain't like any of 't others that I've 'ad the misfortune to know" Once again he looked him over, "It was Speedway wasn't it? I reckon it'd be good for us to get to know each other a little better, what do yous say?"

"Get to know each other?" Speedway thought for a second before answering. "Sure. I could use a friend here." he returned to concentrating on flight. By now, the strong winds were beginning to hurt his thin wings, yet he struggled on, hiding the pain. "So... what about you then? Where are you from?"

Animae laughed, spinning in the air. "I don't like talking about myself, but since it's you" He turned easily to face him "I was left abandoned, on a ruined base I have since been told used to belong to the Lunar guard. Ever since I learned to walk I've been hither and thither just trying to find somewhere to be accepted, y'know?"

Speedway nodded, looking down at the ground. "So you're a wanderer." he was drifting a little behind Animae. "And you still haven't found anywhere? You're friendly, quirky. Surely it can't be that hard to make friends?" Speedway missed a wingbeat, and faltered a little in the air, quickly regaining his composure. "Do you have any plans?"

"And you, my friend are having a hard time flying" he landed on a cloud, inviting him down. "As for making friends, I haven't really had the chance, after all, who likes a gryffin? Plans? None I'm afraid, maybe find a mate or a house or sommat eventually, 'till then I'll keep roaming. I came here 'cos you know, social activity an all"

Angel scrunched up her nose as she turned towards him and began walking backwards towards the bunny.  Is this even working?  Angel stepped into the wall and looked down.  The bunny stared up at her so she snatched it from the floor.  "I got it!" Angel grinned as the bunny trashed in her hooves.

Colt watched over the two ponies until day break came, by then after his concerns were gone. By then Iron wing night seemed more relaxing and as Draco waked up he wave back to him welcoming the Pegasus to a new day.

 

“Lets Keep it down until she wakes up…” he said with a very down voice.

 

Even if the perils of the night were gone the condition of the mare was far from OK so wafting for a natural rising more than a violent awakening was the best course of action.

 

He standed up and walk without cracking any sound till be towards Iron Wing, he approached to see the wound on her wing. It was not going worse, she may not be able to fly but no infection kicked in .

Iron Wing was waking up slowly. She stood up and stretched herself, noticing that she slept on some sort of crystal or something. She was a bit irritated but remembered that Colt had done magic like this before too. Her left wing was kind of burning and she wanted to stretch it too, but it didn´t want to move. Also her chest hurt a bit, since the most damage was taken by the front armor. But sleeping that long was helpful, she had know much more strength to continue their way home to Ponyville. She looked around and observed that Draco and Colt were already awake. "Greetings to you both! Colt, thanks for this... crystal bed." she said. Her lynx jumped up her back and laid down. "Well then, i am ready to continue this little adventure. We should go to reach Ponyville as fast as possible."

Sky Warden strode to the door when he heard Rain spoke to Saphina. "Oh, ahoy Rain! This is my friend, her name is Earth Saphina. She's from Canterlot" Sky said as he put his hoof on Saphinas shoulder.

"Come join us, Saphie and I just making pancakes for breakfast".

Rain looked blankly at Sky fro a few seconds then as he walked in and he past sky he gave him a look of (Ohhh you like her don't you Sky?)(raised eyebrow light smirk lowered eye lid.)"Thank you sky, I don't mean to intrude on you twos alone time*wink* but I was letting you know that the weather ponies are having a meeting today at around noon." Rain turned to Spahina and said."It is wonderful to meet you Miss Earth Saphina, and welcome to Ponyville." Rain held hiss hoof out for her to shake it.

"Follow me to two," Draco said as he walked down the cave slowly. He looked to Iron and shook his head "Good morning Iron," he said slightly. "We are almost there notice how the rock formations are getting stranger?" Draco asked as he looked at the mare and dragon.

Rain couldn't help but laugh as he nudged Sky."Misunderstand? hehe, sorry sorry I wont do it again." Rain took a seat at the table and put on a more serious composure. " The meeting is about the storm yesterday, something like that can't ever happen again. We nearly lost our lives, and to something that was just supposed to be a thunder storm. You don't have to come you obviously have a 'special somepony'*wink wink* over. But it is your choice."

"what a mess, I better clean up these bottles"

she picked up the wine bottles and bucket of water that was once ice and took them into the kitchen. she emptied the bucket and put it away and threw the bottles into the trash

she sat on her couch and wondered how long do ponies normally be together before popping the question

Saphina entered the living room with a place of pancakes, apple syrup, some plates, glasses and her beverages in a teapot which she carried with her magic. she put the stuffs on the table and smiled, "Here you go. would you like to try my beverages mister Rain? I made this for Sky, he need some for his cough and headache, but I think you would like it. it can keep you warm for the rest of the day" she said as she sat and poured some apple syrup on the pancake.

Rain blushed "Oh hunter? Yeah shes fine, Spent the night at her house last night... and the night before that too... You know what I've only slept in my own bed once since I moved here. That might seem whoreish but I've only slept with Hunter here, or well ever." Rain looked down at the table and smiled. "I love her Sky, I really do. And I know I'm young and I don't know a thing about love but I can truly say I have never felt this way before."

Rain looked back up to see Saphina enter the room with the food. The scent of fresh pancakes filled the room and made rains stomach rumble. "I would love to try one of your drinks and please just call me Rain. So I hear your moving in? May I ask which house that is? Or are you moving in with Sky here?" Rain said nodding towards Sky.
