Moonbeam was terribly distracted, but she snapped back to reality when the waitress came to the table. "What would.you like?" asked the waitress, focusing on Moonbeam first."Um, oatmeal," she said, "with raisons. Oh, and a glass of water." The waitress wrote down the order while looking over her pad, silently judging Moonbeam. But Moonbeam couldn't help it. She lived a simple life and wasn't used to all this fancy stuff. The waitress turned to the next one in the group.

Draco oredered a cup of coffee with a large muffin. He looked over to Rose and said "Hmm Rose you seem sad tell the courier pony what's wrong" Draco's eyes widen when his cup of coffee came and he had a smile on his muzzle "A cup of coffee warms the coldest of hearts but it doesn't mend a broken heart," Draco said almost quietly.

Star frowned when the music stopped but her heart fluttered when she saw Somber walk in to the dining hall. "Um... I will just get the... theeeee...the." She shook her head and looked away from somber and up at the waitress. "Im sorry, I will get the hay bread cheese melt and a glass of orange juice please."

Draco had caught Rose completely off guard with the sudden inquiry. "Oh... Nothing. It's nothing. Don't worry about it." She very much doubted that he believed her, and was grateful when the waiter reached her. "Oh, yes, I'd like a daisy sandwich, and I don't know if you would have any bananas... They're rare this far north, and at this time of year..." She trailed off.

Stacy ordered, "I'll have the hill side salad with a bowl of oatmeal with raisins and brown sugar please. And a glass of OJ too." She looked at rose who seemed pretty down. Seeing her like that made stacy feel bad on the inside but she didnt show it. Instead she gave her a warm smile to cheer her up.

Draco sipped his coffee slowly "Folger's if I'm not mistaken freshly brewed with a hint of mint" Draco said out loud "Loneliness hurts when you have no one to go back too you know" Draco said once more outloud it was almost as if he was talking to himself.

As a waitress came up to take his order, Somber asks for just a daffodil panini, and shows her the voucher that is from the free trip prize.

 

He sits back into the chair, watching the waves roll by out the deck window. It was so beautiful... Oh, and the ship was cool too.

Stacy heard what Draco said and agreed. "Yeah, it does dosnt it. Im just hopping that this pony i ask will at least say yes to dinner or something. I hope they'll become my special somepony if i ask 'em to." She thought for a second. "I know, i'll ask them tomorrow at the open mic thing. I'll go up and play a song and then afterwords i ask 'em. It perfect!" She said now glad she had a plan.

"Hear, hear." Rose added quietly. "Well, Stacy, good luck with your plan. I hope you have your special somepony this time tomorrow. I doubt whoever it is can say no if you serenade them. You have a lovely voice." 

 

Rose rested her head back, and closed her eyes. She noticed, that if she did so, she could feel the gentle rise and fall of the ship over the waves.

"Thanks, im going to need it." She said to rose. She was troubled though. Afraid that the pony she'll ask will reject her. Just the thought of the embarasment was over whelmimg her and causeing her shake. She stoped thinking about it so she wouldnt work herself up.

He waited for the mares' answer so that he can start his song. He shook his head slightly. "unless you don't want to hear it"

The waitress comes back with Somber's order, placing it on the table and leaving him. As he took a bite, he could see the group of ponies that were hearing him play from before. He stared at a few of them while still eating.

Bright spark sighed. since there was no-pony around, he might a well find the bar on this maze of a boat. He came into what looked like a dining room, with a door coming of the side *so thats where it was!* he thought to himslef. As he went past, he noticed rose and stacy, talking to some other colt. "Mares." he simply said walking by.

Rose smiled when Bright Spark entered the room. "Hey, Bright Spark....." She said, trailing off when he didn't stop to chat. Looking slightly disappointed, a distraction arrived in the form of a banana, and her daisy sandwich. "You actually had a banana! Even in the middle of winter!" Rose got a little more excited than anypony probably should over a sliced banana.

When Bright spark Heard "banana" his ears twitched. "you have those on this ship? actually, the drinks can wait for me. Ill have one of those." he said sitting on the table adjacent to the other three. "i tried one when i went to sourthern equestria. AMAZING things they are!"

Prince Morning star got out of the hot tub and put on his royal clothes, his royal guard fallowed him around the ship. He finally turned around looked at them."Hy, look i know you want to make sure i am safe but this isn't really anything special alright you can have the day off". with that he went to the dinning room, he saw a lot of ponies all of whom he didn't know, he looked around his neck to see if he had his monumental of Sapphire which was a ring tied around his neck, he had it, he then went inside the announcer then made him known to every pony which he didn't want." mares and colts of all ages i present you our special guest Prince Caspian Edward Morning star"! Morning star shot the announcer an annoyed look this is what he didn't want , all he wanted to do was come in and eat and talk to a few ponies without being considered royalty.

Star sat giving Somber a dreamy look until looked over at their table, Star sat up in her chair and pretended to look like she was doing something. "Im hopeless." She thought, as the waitress placed her sandwich on the table.

Then she heard somepony announce that Prince Morning Star had arrived.

Morning star brought his hood up and went over to his already prepared table much to his dismay he had royal guards there to, Morning star had enough of these special treatments the room was one thing but this was another he wanted to be treated like just another pony.

"We would love to hear your song later, Draco," she said, looking around, cautiously, "but not right now, okay?" She didn't want to bring too much attention to their group, for Firecracker's sake. Meanwhile, the announcer was yelling about some Prince she had never heard of. She ignored this announcement, far more concerned with what was happening at her table.

"prince morningstar, how come ive never heard of him?" Bright Spark decided he would talk to this "prince" evntually, but He decided to wait. pehaps after his bannana? He also had an attraction to a pony. They wernt the greatest, but she was still great. *perhaps tomorrow?* he thought

The waiter brought stacys food and she began to eat. The food was amazing. While eating she heard somepony say Morning star had arrived and she nearly choked on her oatmeal. "Morning st*cough*ar is here? I hope he dosnt see me." She said trying to make herself smaller.

Morning star sighed he knew this would make things a bit more difficult  for him, he wanted to say hy to a few ponies without being treated as royalty. Then it hit him he would play his harp like another performer, he got up and went towards the stage the guards had his harp with them so they went with him.

Bright Spark  saw an alicorn go onto the stage with a harp. He had guards around him. Surley a Prince wouldnt do anything himself? unless he wanted to and was tired of all this protection. Either Way, he trotted up to them "so your Prince Morningstar i believe?"

Prince Morning star smiled."Yes, but no need for formalities i just want to  be treated like any pony here with no strings attached".  Morning star looked at his guards like they can go now he got on stage with his harp and prepared to play it but he wasn't rude if a pony wanted to talk to him he was prepared to lesson.

Stacy quickly finished the rest of her meal. "Well see you guys later, i uhh...have to go practice for the open mic night tomorrow." With that she ran out of the dinning hall to her room. When she got there she closed and locked the door. She let out a sigh, "That was to close. If he had seen me i would have locked up."
