I don't know about all of the others, but Rainbow Dash's theme song is definitely Don't Stop Me Now by Queen. I saw a PMV of Pinkie Pie with the song Circus by Brittany Spears that fit fairly well though.

The other four are a mystery to me, but these two from your (OP's) post fit well.   

 

I agree with your selection for Pinkie Pie, it just seems to fit so well.  The lyrics are so Pinkie.

May I suggest Survival for Rainbow Dash and Map of Your Head  for Fluttershy? I dunno while I think Assassin is a good song for RD, Survival fits both the lyrics and music IMO, and I think Feeling Good is...I dunno...different from the feeling I'd associate for Fluttershy.
