gaming PC PSU question

I'm wondering about GPU. My intel build is sitting with gtx 670 2 way sli and has a 750w psu
AMD build has 3way hd 7970s crossfire. Would I be able to put the AMD cards into the intel build w/o having to upgrade my PSU or would it it be better to just let stand as is.

I think you might need a little more than 750 for 3way Crossfire. Best way is to try and see if it works. Nothing'll be damaged if there isn't enough power, it just won't work.

I would say you need a beefier PSU. This is a chart of 2 7970's in crossfire. At the bottom is power consumption. If you were to do this, I wouldn't get a PSU any lower than a kilowatt.
