A game following the life of Delson Rowe, A conduit with the power to control technology itself. He used his power to vandalise billboards, rob banks, etc with his partner who also had the same power as him.

 

However, that all changed the day he got caught. Because of, as he considers it, Delson's carelessness at the Merlaut Hotel, his niece was killed. Now he roams the city, looking to right the wrongs of of his home of Chicago, Illinois.
