MLP - Complicated(Avril Lavigne) parody.

I'm writing a MLP parody of Complicated by Avril Lavigne, but I can't decide what to make it about.

 

Twilight Sparkle singing about Shining Armour and Candance's marriage, and its aftermath? Feeling like a third wheel, her brother spending more time with his wife than with her, that sort of thing?

 

Rainbow Dash singing about her unrequited love for Applejack, or vice versa? If the whole song focuses on this, then what if I had each verse sung by one of the two ponies, and how they think the other one only likes them as a friend, and they don't want to admit their love and risk scaring her off? And should they get together at the end or not?

 

Rainbow Dash singing about the events of Cupcakes? (A seriously messed-up Pinkie-kills-Rainbow fanfic that is far beyond the term Grimdark.) "Why'd I have to go and get myself so mutilated?" Something like that. Not sure whether to make this a comedy or a sad song. Maybe a bit of both.

 

Or, should I make the song about all three of these, with one verse each? Any thoughts/suggestions?

So, what do you think? How is it? It's the Rainbow Dash Cupcakes sad-singing part. It'll also have a verse, as well as a chorus. Maybe even the whole song could end up like this! Would that be fun? /)^3^(\

I can honestly say that as the element of -LOYALTY-, I find this initial response rather disheartening. But I will not give up! I'm sure that you'll love the finished song a lot more, and more importantly, you'll buy the finished song, right? It's gonna be SO AWESOME!

Seriously? Where? Now THAT sounds better than some of the modern crrap that keeps going on the radio these days. I hate what happened to mainstream pop/rap music. Why can't they have some decent rock, metal, dubstep- ANYTHING GOOD?!?! Instead of the same sex-related "songs" from the same slutty autotuned diva attention-horse.

 

Oh, listen to me, I sound like an old man! I'm only in my teens, and I already hate modern mainstream "music"!

Go ahead, look up those "Songs". Then search for a good song from the eighties or ninties, preferably one without any of that 'Shoo-wop-boo-wop' nonsense.

 

And try to say to me with a straight face that these 'modern' 'popular' songs are anywhere near as good as those old songs.
