None of the ponies explicitly have a stated sexuality except for Rarity, who's hetero.

To restore your confidence. The effects only apply while you're the pony. Theres an exit trigger and an entrance trigger. So you can change between being the pony and not being them at will. If that makes sense.

I've listened to the file on loop three nights in a row and it didn't make the effects happen. I hear it can reinforce the hypnosis though. Making it more effective. But you'd have to google that one. As for the dream that could happen but I barely remember my dreams so I wouldn't know.
