"Well, as grateful as I am for you getting us out of there, Shade, it doesn't change the fact that there are some sort of deformed, murderous ponies on campus, and we have no real means of defending ourselves. And it's only a matter of time before they find us here. I suggest we use that time to find whatever makeshift weapons we can, and try to prepare for them."

Looking at the other remaining ponies surrounding her, she looks across the hallway where the gym is overflooding with zombies.

 

''Shade, really appreciate that you saved us sugarcube for now. We need to prepare ourselves, since we do not know what those weird ponies are doing here and what they are after. Time to use time, to gather some weapons. Make sure to stay in a group, we can not go out there alone.''

"Oh what fun!" Arrow said as zombies are in the gym. "Thank you so much for comming!" He said as he conjured a bow and arrows. "I hope you're all here to have fun today!" He trots out of the gym avoiding zombies and trying not to fire much either. "Because I don't care to have fun anyway." He then remembers Lila. "Lila... Lila!?" he yelled out as he runs back to prancer hall.

Shade sighed as she gets back on her hooves, she looks around then looks at the gym, she try's to look at one of the strange ponies.

 

"There not an army of changeling, I can tell you that" she said. "But what could they be? There coats don't look... Smooth" she added

"We need to go NOW." Diamond was about to run out of the gym with the rest of the ponies until she heard Nightfall call out. "I'M HERE." She yelled, frantically looking around the room for the familiar blue pony. Until a large group of Zombies came running into the gym from across the room. "EVERYPONY GET TO THE DORM." She yelled, spreading her wings and flying into the air to search for Nightfall.

Slide walked in, his tux perfect, his bowtie ready for his marefriend, Lite Shade. He couldn't wait to see her, hold her,.kiss her...

 

"EVERYPONY GET TO THE DORM!" A familiar voice rang out.

 

He looked around. Zombies. Everywhere. Light Diamond was leading everypony away. He began to run in step. "I take.it I missed a lot....what happened?" He called up to Light as he ran below. And then he panicked,.realizing something. Something important. "LIIIIIIITE! LITE SHADE! WHERE ARE YOU?"

Rambler turned and galloped toward the dorms. He hated having to run from a fight, but he was outnumbered and unarmed. What else could he really do? He could hear the screaming and the noises of the strange ponies behind them. He ran as fast as he could, and soon he had reached Prancer.

(Heeeyyyyyy... you know, informing me about this roleplay when it started would probably have avoided this problem. Lets start where Arcane arrives and noticed Lila)

When Arcane got to the gym, he noticed Lila right away. He smiled and walked over to her rather fast. "Hey Lila! Uh..." he stopped when he noticed the barrier around her, along with all the screaming ponies. "What is going on?" he questioned. "And more importantly, why do you have a fire barrier up?"

Lila turned to face Arcane. She quickly extended the barrier to him seeing he didnt know what was happening. "Theres things. They're ponies but... Not ponies. The rest are heading to the dorms, i think we should too. Theres a lot of them." She said backing up as one of the zombies got closer to the dome.

Arcane sighed and moved closer to Lila, now standing by her side. "My dorm or yours? I don't know where yours is, so i supposed you know which one is closer... of course, its probably better to go to the farther one, since whatever these... thing are, will get there later. We will have more time to make a better defense that way"

"My room is on the second floor, we should probably go there." Lila replied quickly, panic growing her voice as one of the zombies tried to pass the barrier but caught fire and began to burn. The smell made her gag and cough as she and Arcane made their way out of the gym.

Coco was shocked for a second. She she just arrived, and...

It started. The walking death. She quickly got into the air and flew to the ceiling. Her eyes widened as she saw all the zombies around.

"I can't just fly away.."

She saw a zombie that was about to attack a pony. She got closer and kicked the zombie pony to the head. "Now run!" she said, but the saved pony just stood here, staring at her. She looked down. The kick was obviously strong enough to kick the head off the body.

"Well.. they're not very durable, are they?"

"I said run!" she said, seeing more zombies filling up the gym. She got into the air, looking down if is there somepony completely surrounded, with no chance to leave. She saw that everypony was leaving though the back entrance, or just got teleported.

"Oh no.. Slimy.."

She flew out of the gym and got into her dorm though her window.

Slimy stared at her. He had never seen her so shocked before. The fear fell upon her and she fell on the floor, shaking with fear.

"Why.. how.."

"Miss Cocodrillo, what is happening?"

"What if.." her eyes got filled with bitter tears. "NO! No.. it can't be.."

Shade made her way to the dorm, she was really out of breath, "who are thoes ponies? And more importantly, what are thoes ponies?"

 

She said as she made her way to her room. She knew she woudnt be able to hold herself in her room forever, so she gathered all she could that would be useful, witch was only her armor and sattle bag, and sat on her bed for a second.

Arcane nodded in agreement and followed Lila to her room. "We need some form of weapons... oh what am I saying? We have magic! That's why being a unicorn is awesome. But it would be cool to have a weapon anyway..." he mumbled the last part to himself. "How are we supposed to deal with these things? Obviously they are some form of ponies, so I don't think just plain killing them would be right"

"We dont have a choice. They already killed a few others and if we dont kill them they'll kill us too. So you're just going to have to deal with killing them." Lila said packing potions into her saddlebags and slung it on her back. "As far as weapons go, we're stuck with magic for now."

Arcane sighed and nodded. "But still, we need to find some way to get them back to normal ponies. I'm going to need samples and testing time to work out a cure. The best sample would be a small bit of their blood. I could see what's corrupting them and find a way to eliminate it"

Diamond frantically looked around the room but couldn't see him. With tears in her eyes she landed and ran out of the gym as fast as she could.

As she got outside she was met with more of the monsters...but most of them seemed to be occupied on other ponies. Diamond ran past them, dodging a few here and there.

after a while she made it to Prancer Hall where she quickly ran inside and slammed the doors behind her. She froze, staring out at the snow that had all practically turned red...bodies were everywhere, some where walking, other's were...getting up.

She collapsed to the ground practically crying her eyes out.

Nightfall couldn't find the others. They had disappeared to nowhere, and he was left alone in the wide open of the fields on the college campus. He panicked, and started running towards the gym, but wasn't paying attention to the ground. He tripped on a body, and looked up. A group of undead were coming towards him, surrounding him, with a few pegasi swooping down. He closed his eyes, not thinking this was how it would end, and muttered a few words: "Diamond... I'm sorry..."

"This can't be happening this just can't be..."

 

Shade was low on energy from the cold being so cold, shade looks around after she packed her things... Her armor and empty sattlebag, and she went looking for other ponies. She saw diamond by the door.

"Diamond, are you ok? What happened? What's going on?"

He just stood there, trying to comfort her but not knowing what to say.

"You can't go back out there. I'm sorry, but there's nothing we can do for him now. The important thing is that we survive. Nightfall wouldn't want anything to happen to you."

He ran towards the others, hoping to get help as the lot chased him down.

Shade looked out the doors...

 

She saw a big pile of zomponies chasing of somepony... She blinked her eyes and turned away.

 

"I'm... I'm so sorry diamond..." She said putting a hoof on her shoulder.

 

Shade knows what love tastes like, but she dosnt know what it's like to loose love... She looks at diamond knowing that she feels crushed.

 

She wanted to go out there and help but, shade was too tired.

"NO LET ME GO." She yelled, trying to wriggle out of Ramblers tight grip. "LOOK." She yelled, struggling against Rambler trying to get them to see Nightfall was still alive...and running towards the dorm rooms.

 

(Interest resparked so I wouldn't see Diamond go crazy on me. Shocking, yes?)

He struggled towards them, limping and growing weak quickly.

"Help! HELP!"

He stumbled, almost falling fully, with the zombie hoard right behind him, snapping at his heels.

"If they don't help... it will torment her forever... I'm already feeling much weaker than normal... I need... a shot of adrenaline and... and some more... meds..."
