music Tempest (My first song)

I got a Music Has the Right to Children vibe from this, no lie.

But I think that the snare is too hard for the really reverb-y sound you're getting with the background synths. I use Ableton myself, and I must ask, have you messed around with the drum samples a bit? Even just a little reverb on the drums would make it sound more natural.

Personally, tho, I'd like less reverb on the melody, and everything else the same.

Honestly, I didn't even touch the drum settings when I made this song. I'll keep that in mind, though. I'm just starting out, so advice like this is good for a noob like me. :P

I made a song! It's my first song. I made this in Ableton Live. If you know the electronic music duo Boards of Canada (which you probably don't), this sounds very slightly similar. Very slightly.

The name was suggested to me by Dat Moog, a fellow user here. I am terrible at coming up with names. :P

I personally would've named this song "Rainwater", because it reminds me of raindrops. But whatever you want to name it is your choice, not mine.

Anyway, way better than my first song, though I agree you should've adjusted the snare a bit to fit with this piece. 8/10

Little Correction: you should call it "Music" not "Song", Because...

Song = Music with singing.

Music = music without singing.

I don't believe it really matters, does it? Sure, the definitions say that, but that doesn't mean it's necessarily 100% true, all the time, every time. :P
