Completed 2nd OC pony art

So when I uploaded my previous picture, I got a comment to 

 

 

Keep at it and I'm sure you'll improve greatly if you really want to become an artist in the future!

 

 

So I took that advice and I came back for another try. In my opinion it is miles better than my 1st one, but like I say that's just my opinion. I hope you enjoy it as it was great fun to work on tonight

Very nice for a second drawing. It's very proportionally accurate, and I can't see anything wrong with it. The ear could be a little longer, but that's about it. Remember that advice and keep on drawing, you're already better than I was on my second attempt at drawing a pony.

I agree with Draghoon, in that it is all proportionally correct, but the lines don't flow. Just pet yourself relax and draw what comes to your hand naturally. Also, you don't have to use harsh, long lines. I suggest short, soft lines that connect everything.

It fun seeing how you improve with practice isn't it? I personally like the pencil version of it. I don't know why exactly it just seems less complicated.

Only your second drawing? I'd say that's a pretty good second drawing, I mean heck my second drawing was pretty terrible, my first even worse of course I did mine with a mouse, but still.

 

Everything looks pretty well done proportions are accurate and everything.

 

Only thing I can think of is maybe have the ear more connected to the head, and maybe work on making some of the curves a bit more fluid, but overall a great job for your second drawing.

 

I agree with your previous advice! Keep it up!
