no, not since over a week ago.

oh, then that is kinda weird, how did you notice that you're not hearing as good with your right ear?

 

by the way, I'm stuck in my room right now, can't get out, so I can chat as long as I want to XD

(kinda hungry though)

eh, i've had dimmed hearing since some days back. just that it was a bit more noticeable today on my right ear. i've been sick, remember?

I'm asking because I've been having the same issue; somehow, I believe that my left year doesn't pick up sounds that good anymore, but it can just be all in my head, I'm a worrywart, so I was just curious as how you could tell

i guess it's nothing to worry about for me. however, i feel distressed again, over basically the same issues i've been ranting in here the whole time i've been sick.

well, i guess not, but who's to say? i'm eventually gonna have these thoughts all over again anyway.

maybe not, who knows? maybe something extremely awesome will happen soon

well, i can't be worse off than i were a few years back, that's for sure. but still, i would like being able to deal with all of this, rather than letting it get to me. it happens far too often, i've noticed.

Step 1: Eat a nutritious, balanced diet that contains mood-leveling foods

 

Step 2: Incorporate regular exercise into your lifestyle

 

Step 3: Get eight hours of sleep per day

 

Step 4: Avoid drinking caffeine and alcohol

 

Step 5: Take herbal supplements to treat hormone imbalances

 

Step 6: Spend time with people who make you laugh and whose company you enjoy

i am planning to talk to school nurse about my stomach problems, so i could probably ask him about that, too.

well, you've got some of the steps down, some still may help even further, but you're probably going the right way; just focus on touching all or just about all of those steps and you'll feel reborn

thing is, i usually get some kind of advice i think is decent and think "hey i should try this", but i never really stick to them in the end. what good does that do, then, if i don't stick with the advice?

I can totally relate to that, since I'm having trouble sticking to some sort of daily activity; just keep in mind the following question: "do I wanna keep feeling like this?" and based on your answer, take the action course you think is right

makes sense, but i'm probably hard-pressed to think "oh why bother" about it a number of times.

well, depends on if it's a good apple or not. i've had apples that were like the juice from heavens, and had apples that felt like chewing off a rag. x3
