That's not actually accurate, while they do see colors, it's not anything like color blindness, they actually only have two cones (The part of the eye that processes colors) while humans have three, thus, for a dog, everything is a shade of blue, yellow, or gray.

Yeah, I'm referring to red-green colourblindness here, where you can't see anything that's red or green. I'm saying that's what it looks like. To dogs, it's like what-the-heck, because you can't complain about eating fish if you've eaten fish your whole entire life.

I'm colorblind. Just a minor case of red-green colorblindness but I am colorblind.

 

It's not hard to deal with, at least I can differentiate between different colors, it's some shades that sometimes get me confused.

 

Like sometimes Purple can seem blueish and it's harder to tell a very blue-purple from straight blue, or really light yellow-green from straight yellow.

 

If I were to pick to what I think is yellow, it will probably end up being very light yellow green. xD But that's my only difficulty really.

 

I can see Red and Green, I can tell the difference between the two, but my trouble is only from what I explained up there.

Who else is colorblind here? It's actually more common then you might think. xD I have ran in to many more colorblind people and I'm glad I've got a minor case.
