Modifications include redstone for speed, lapis for fortune, moss for auto-repair, flux capacitors from Thermal Expansion for the ability to use redstone flux instead of durability (so it's basically like a power tool), and a silky jewel for silk touch.

 

Some info for people who may not know;

Pistons are also used to add knockback. They're pretty sweet if you're stuck on a ledge with enemies but you want to save tool durability.

The auto-smelting lava crystals are pretty useful if you manage to get one early in the game, but they become almost useless once you get a resource multiplying system running.

Well, perfect, idk, but damned close that's for sure.

 

That one spike in the hair is off by a half centimeter, muzzle seems a tiny bit longer but nothing I'd worry on, horn is a tiny tad bit sharper it seems, stance is pretty close so it should pass, and that one wave in the cutie mark is also a tad further out by at least one full centimeter.

 

But overall it's not a bad job. Feld0 was the only one to do it better that I've seen, so there's that.
