Uuuh, that one is a bit hard to say for sure.

 

For one, I don't know if you mean the artist who did it or the full image. I don't have a link to the artist's page or anything and I think I remember their name?

And two, It's technically safe, but I've seen enough trouble with such things before that someone might get slightly triggered somehow some way. So, yeah. :z
