First thing I'd do is tweak the fossil fuel energy production factor to 0.0000001 and fossil fuel refinement difficulty factor to 900000000000000000 and the lithium battery research speed factor to 30000000000000000000000000000000000000000%. Sure, it'll break every country that's based off of oil, but it's worth it.

Oh, and tweak the earth's orbit and rotational speed so that one day is actually 28 hours but all the time units are adjusted so that it's still 24.

That is, unless, some of those names are taken already.
