here I have a chance, a chance of success. a house, a car, land

it is all within my grasp, if I get a job, any job as long as its full time, i can have these things within a year or two

I just looked on the internet and did some math

houses here go as low as 50 000

putting down 10% of 50 000 is nothing

and that's not a tiny shack either, thats a decent sized 3 bedroom house with a large backyard

not sure what a single guy in his early 20s needs with all that, but there is the options
