Wading through trouble tickets is mostly done by myself and Zoop. Between the two of us, we probably burn a disturbing amount of time on them every week. The problem is that we get a number of critical issues that may take up to 3 hours or more to resolve. Just for today, I started at around 6 PM and I just finished.

 

We answer tickets in order of urgency. You have to be patient, we'll get to you… Eventually. ^_^

 

Good chance Feld0 and Scootacool are still trying to find out what went wrong. That, or there is something far more serious going on in the admin area

 

Actually, yeah… The mysterious BB Code problem took a few years off my total lifespan today.

 

I find bugs that appear at random and leave no trace to be incredibly stressful to investigate. :angry:
