Also worth mentioning that, from a gaming perspective, these are the only games I've ever played... Ever:

 

- Zoo Tycoon 2

- Simcity 4

- Runescape

- Minecraft

 

Nothing else than that, and no, I don't believe in gaming consoles.

 

You still play Runescape?

I had that same Laptop I do believe a few years ago before it finally died to viruses and horribly cared for battery.

No consoles whatsoever?

 

You still play Runescape?

 

I don't play as much Runescape as I did in the past (like, 2008) but only if I get bored of something else or if it's a special event.

 

And yes, I don't believe in gaming consoles. I never had any sort of gaming console ever in my life: Xbox, Nintendo, Playstation, whatever... I started gaming with Runescape on a computer whose stats were:

Then I upgraded to a laptop, where I did more Runescape and in addition to that, Zoo Tycoon 2 and another game I forgot to mention: FATE. Then I got into SC4. Then that laptop suffered a hard drive failure.

 

Luckily, all of the important stuff was salvaged. Then I finally got a new laptop about a year or two ago, and about nine months ago was when I started playing Minecraft. Just playing Minecraft ate so much of my system resources that that alone would warrant getting an even more powerful machine.

 

Hence things like this where I draw my pony self building a new computer. To this day, I only have the case, power supply, and operating system. My computing woes are so dire, that I might need to cut back from what I wanted to have down to the absolute minimum: 8GB RAM and no video card, on top of the same HDD and ODD and Motherboard and AMD processor I had intended to get...

Yo Kirby, I think we got the first serious player. Oreo's Rainbow Dash...well, that's was a massacre...

 

Yup. I need a good fighter against him though. That guy was just.....Oh, God. lol

He's good, but I need someone else just as good to go against him so I can safely say its his skill and not the other's lack of it.

But overall, that was awesome! :D

128mb ram.....wut

That sounds like a nightmare.

Runescape doesn't take a whole lot to run.

Minecraft shouldn't either on the low settings. Maybe with all the new updates it might, though. I've never played any of the updates and I actually like the old version better somewhat.

 

8gb Ram isn't too bad and should do fine for now. I don't know about the no video card part though...That more than likely will be a problem im sure. I don't build computers or know as much as I would like about them.

It shouldn't be too if you can't afford all the stuff right now.

Well, unless they suddenly decide to make a release before the OFFICIAL release, so as to keep the hype down a bit, the first serious tournament will be when that offcial release happens...when that happens, EVO will fear us B) .

Well, unless they suddenly decide to make a release before the OFFICIAL release, so as to keep the hype down a bit, the first serious tournament will be when that offcial release happens...when that happens, EVO will fear us B) .

Yeah! In theory, you can use any controller you like. The only thing this is limited, is being run by Mac or Linux, to which you need to use something else. After that, PLAY ALL THE CONTROLLERS!

Anyway, I found this on Derpibooru. Searching the web can be fun... If you know where to look and you go to the bathroom beforehand.

My current stats are around the neighbourhood of a 2GHz processor and 4GB RAM. The thing is that I run so much crap at any given time and just using Google Chrome totals up to a 250 Megabyte usage. Simcity 4 clocks in at about 600 Megabytes, and Minecraft clocks in at even more. A big Inkscape file will run in at about 27 Megabytes.

 

Just using Optifine doesn't work, even at the lowest settings for EVERYTHING. It was even worse when I tried playing Direwolf20's world download. Max framerate: One frame a second.
